We had a No Heat Call. The C/S Rep was polite. Explained their process to me. Reassured me of the time line. The Tech was a gentleman, also explaining what was wrong how to resolve it and doing the job in a neat and timely manner. I am recommending Hensen Plumbpros.

Hansen Super Techs is a great company. The only suggestion I would make to give them a 5 star is to give a four hour window for the techs arrival. This allows the customer not to block a whole day out of busy schedules and time off from work. The techs can notify customers if running behind. A win, win for all. We have been using Hansen going on three years. They respond quickly to emergency calls. As well have a yearly maintenance check to ensure HVAC unit is good working condition.

Our technician was on time and did a good job. We will be ready for the hot weather. Thank God he noticed the freon and they found the leak and got us new coils the next day.

We had Hansen replace a water heater for us along with some other plumbing needs. Our Service Technician (Larry) was highly knowledgeable and able to quickly diagnose a long standing faucet issue where other plumbers had failed. Service was prompt, professional and high quality. I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.

I was afraid Hansen wouldn’t be able to get to me today since I just called this morning, but I had a plumber here about four hours later. Eric did a great job. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing for me. I am completely satisfied, as I always am with Hanson.

Pretty good visit/work from Donnie at Hansen. We had one plumber come out and put a bandaid on our situation, then quote $1100 to fix it permanently on top of the $279 service charge. Donnie came out, did his thing and determined that we did *not* have to destroy our bathroom wall to fix the issue. He’s coming back to do more work for something adjacent to the original problem and the quote is still far below the initial quote from the first company.

Super friendly and knowledgeable techs. They installed our inside and outside unit about 2 years ago the same day we got the quote and put in a new slab for the outdoor unit for us and all. They’ve always called ahead about regular maintenance and I don’t feel pressured into buying anything else from them without a thorough explanation as to why it’s needed and what the product or job would do.

Enjoyed my FREE annual service call, included when we purchased our HVAC system from Hansen two years ago. Our system EFFORTLESSLY keeps our house cool in summer, warm in winter, without running constantly. I also appreciate that it operates QUIETLY. Very satisfied with it.
