The Best Maintenance Experience I have ever had. Josh Stevens our Plumbing Technician was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs as the customer. He was informative, he didn’t mind answering our questions and also explaining everything step by step. Thank God for Josh if I purchase any home in the future I will be using Plumb Co. because of how Josh treated me and my family it really makes a difference when a technician has integrity. Brendon was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. He did his job in a timely manner and cleaned up the mess. No fault of his or anyone else’s, but had to get the breaker outside replaced as well so the water heater would work. Finally a hot shower by 8:00pm. Thanks!

I am so grateful that Mr. Howard was able to fix the water pressure in our 2nd bathroom. My family and I were unable to resolve this issue on our own by purchasing different shower heads. FYI, we are renters, and our property management company sent them out for us. I am so happy! Thank You!

Calling to get an appointment was easy, the girl I spoke to was nice, I took off for my tech to come. Was told there is a $75 fee to take a look and diagnose whatever. I understood that. The tech asked me questions about my issues told him what I could etc. barely looked at my issues. Price gouged me on snaking my sink. Ended up not getting any services done. The guy asked to come back in and take pictures. I said sure. he could tell I was frustrated. They don't offer financing under $1k either, the guy said he could find some things to add to it which was frustrating. Not saying I'm trying to finance $100 but the almost $600 something it would've ended up being for a single income household would've been a huge help. Again I understand having to run a business and paying for a skill set I obviously don't have. But for the amount of time and the $75 it was not worth it.

OUSTANDING SERVICE! Man showed up and what we thought was only an hour or so job - turned into an ALLLLL day issue. He kept assuring me that we would have our water back on before he left. He was right!

The nicest lady on the phone when you call and they were able to come out and take a look at things quickly. Josh is who came out and he was super nice and very helpful while going over all of our options.

We had a pipe burst in the slab under the house. Plumbco sent someone out the same day we called to help. We ended up needed to have the whole hose repiped. The technicians they sent out were very professional and happy to answer any questions I had. I would recommend Plumbco to anyone needing work done.
