My water bill jumped from the normal average of $39 all the way up to $88 and I had no idea why. I live on a concrete slab and thought an internal pipe had busted where the addon met my original foundation because my toilet wasn't constantly running and I couldn't find any puddles underneath my faucets or supply lines. I was completely baffled and stressed over fixing the problem before my next water bill. When I called I explained my situation to Amanda and she said they could have someone out in about an hour. 35 minutes later Kenny rang my line and said he was on his way and should be here in about 15 minutes. I showed him where I thought the leak was and to my relief he assured me it must be elsewhere because there was no indication of leaking pipes where the broken concrete was. After doing a thorough inspection of my plumbing he found it to be a split in the copper tubing under a whole bunch of dirt and leaves going to my water hose spicket. He completely fixed it, replaced the old straight bar spicket with one that had a large round handle so it would be easier for me to use and securely fastened the new pipe to the brick. I was able to get a $50 credit on my bill after showing them the repair receipt. Thank you Kenny for relieving both my mental and financial stress. 😁

I am extremely pleased with the service I received.
I had a clogged toliet that was not easily unclogged. Kenny never gave up and when one thing didn't work he moved on to the next. After the frog coming from the toliet, pulling out an old broken auger in the drain and digging around the septic to locate the sewage pipe to unclog he finally got it. This was not an easy job and he was persistent to find a solution. I really hope this company buys him a steak dinner because he definitely deserves it!

My house was built in 1974 and still had the original sears natural gas water heater. When doing laundry yesterday I smelled a foul odor in the laundry room and realized there was a gas leak somewhere. All Clear took care of replacing the cracked flexible line in no time at all for me and even did a courtesy check of the supply line going to my kitchen stove before leaving. Thank you for being so thorough and helpful.

This plumbing service helped me get my toilet to stop leaking. I’m 83 years old and do not know anything about plumbing. They fit me into their schedule even though they were booked solid. All Clear Plumbing & Drain exceeded my expectations. Amanda returned my phone call promptly, scheduled quickly, and the tech arrived promptly. Kenny, the tech, listened to what we had experienced (and the steps we’d already taken to address the problem). He quickly diagnosed the problem, offered a solution, and promptly completed the repair with great workmanship. I would also like to call out that he shared his knowledge with us… he listened to us… he interacted with us—would I have been happy if all he did was fix our plumbing problem, yes. Did I feel like he exceeded our expectations and gave us a great experience, ABSOLUTELY. The pricing was fair and there was no upsell pressure. I lived out of their service area, but was in a bind. They did implement an additional charge for travel and time, but it was only a bit more than quotes I received from local plumbers (all of which were already booked up for the day). I immediately called my buddies who had recommended All Clear to thank them for their recommendations… and I will be recommending them to my friends.

Mr Clopton is retiring in his son Chris is taken over. Mr clopton quote me one price but when son did job it was $45 higher. I will used them again but will get up front price with son.
