Advanced Plumbing came out to give a quote for tankless water heater install plus additional gas lines. They were the best quote by far, most personable, and most professional. AP was able to work us into their schedule while my husband was in town (he works offshore) and had excellent follow-up after the job. Several days later I noticed a couple of things I was not certain were related to the install, but asked if they would please check. They immediately scheduled someone to come out, took care of my concerns, and even addressed an issue I was not yet aware of. Seriously, what more could you ask? I cannot recommend Advanced Plumbing highly enough.

My husband and myself purchased a new vanity, we didn’t think anything about the water lines and drain not matching where the old ones was, so we called Advanced plumbing came out the next day. Mark was very professional, polite, he looked at the job needed, he explained to me what needed to be done,( he couldn’t just cut a hole in vanity larger, because I had drawers in vanity)he had to cut Sheetrock, move pipes and drain.. excellent work and appreciated very much. They did a great job replacing fixtures, identifying the issues with my water heater, and making all the necessary repairs. I can not say enough about the extra effort's they made to be neat and efficient. If you need plumbing services call them, they can do anything!

I have used Advanced Pluming Services two times. Once in 2019, to install a gas water heater that unexpectedly quit. Advanced Pluming Services responded the same day I called and replaced my gas water heater within a few hours. Their technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and I have had zero issues with the water heater since the installation.

The second time I needed Advanced Pluming Services was in 2022 to located an underground drain pipe which extended over 225 feet. Again, their team responded the same day I called for service and was used some high-tech equipment to pin point the location of the entire drainage pipe which at one point is 6.5' below ground. Advanced Plumbing was able to do what several other companies in the area were not able to do. I was very pleased with their professionalism and timely attention to my problems. I highly recommend Advance Plumbing Services.
