Called 6:00 PM on Sunday. By 7:30 repairs made. Tyler was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Very polite young man.

Tyler was fantastic. He worked until he completed a very hard job. He was stumped on a solution but he figured it out and fixed my issue. He’s a real asset to the company.

Very straight up and honest on all the details, and extremely helpful with assisting me in making the best decision, for my household. Cameron Marsh has done more than one job for me, and has always been super professional, and knowledgeable about his work. I will continue to recommend E-Z Flow Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services. I even recommended them to my best friend and her husband, and they now use E-Z Flow. 😻!

The EZFlow tech was very professional. He was on time and there was good communication. I highly recommend.

Kody came so quickly and it was even an after hours call. He was polite and listened to what I was explaining. I was a little panicked and he was calm and reassuring. The problem was completely and fully fixed and in a very short time.

This responded to our problem before the expected time! It was awesome! He worked fast, cleared the problem and thanked us for the business. I wish every service was like Chris! I couldn’t be happier with the service I received!

I needed a shutoff valve installed for my stove. Cameron was early and very friendly. He was also very professional. I would definitely recommend E-Z Flow for any of your needs.

Service was excellent! Lightning fast response to our problem. Professional and courteous. Had 2 different issues in one week, and they handled both of them perfectly!

We had Chris come out and give us an estimate on re-plumbing our house and adding exterior fixtures and he really was professional and thorough. Very respectful of our space and what we were trying to do.

I called with an emergency sink back up and the office set my appointment up for the same day. They had to move the appointment which was no big deal except I’d have to take off work the next day. I confirmed my address but they didn’t adjust it in their system and the tech was late and couldn’t find our house. No biggie-these things happen. I was also told them have techs in Baldwin County which I believe was a mistruth. Regardless, the tech was very nice and seemed to handle the issue. Two weeks later, I have a massive mold bloom in the area where he was working. I called on a Saturday and was assured the owner would be in touch. I also received a call from a mitigation company that offered to come look at the issue on the following Monday but I’d be responsible for the bill. Fast forward the week and I’ve received no call, no correspondence, radio silence. Keep in mind I’d spoken to the on call lead tech, sent a message through Facebook, and sent an email with pictures. I called on Friday to follow up and spoke with the Office Manager (Carrie) who was full of excuses and hardly seemed to care. I got an email back from her with a picture that showed the leak was there when they did the service, effectively covering their butts but also telling me exactly how much they value their work product and clients.

All the tech had to do was say “hey you might have a leak here” and I could have handled it then. Surely he saw the issue when he pulled my dryer to access the clean out, and I know that because there’s a picture.
Was that his responsibility? I mean, maybe not. But any decent service company would say something if they saw an issue like that.

If you’re looking for communication and care, call someone else. Deeply disappointed with how this situation was handled by the office manager. Had they done the right thing and brought this to my attention or even acted with a bit of empathy, this review would be very different.

Excellent customer service. Cameron went above and beyond to try to fix my plumbing issue. Although, my plumbing couldn’t be corrected, he drained the sewage water as a temporary fixed. I thank you EZ- Flow plumbing and drain for answering my call in a timely matter, and I am highly satisfied with the results of the technician job.

They came out to jet out sewer and parking lot drain lines. The gentlemen (Greg & Preston) were very patient , knowledgeable, on time, and thorough with their work. I couldn’t be more pleased & have already booked our annual maintenance with them. Super experience using EZ Flow 🙌🏻

Aaron Moffett was excellent. Personable and friendly. I live within a few feet of this business. Last time I had service in early 2025, one of the workers told me if I had any issue to call him. I felt then that I might see some perks in the future with service. I asked receptionist if I could get a break on some of the charges. While Aaron was here he contacted office and boss man said, NO. That is if he cut me a break, he would have to do it for others. However, I am a repeat customer, within feet of the business and consider myself a kissing cousin to the business. Not just "others". I think he should have extended a discount, however small to make me happy, a happy customer is more incline to push the business on to others. I am single, live alone, am over 65 on a set income. Aaron was only in my home less than an hour. The set pricing for the service call is what it is. Also Aaron is allergic to cats and guess what, I have a cat, cat hair and dander all over my house, it is saturated with it. I hope he is not affected too badly by being inside. I do not believe the business even heard my request to cut me some kind of break. My service from Aaron was good, but I am not happy with owner.

Cameron did a great job he was on time, very professional and answered all my questions. I had a tuff clog in my sink and in no time he had it cleared. He cleaned up the work area and thanked me for my military service. That means a lot to me and I got a vet discount which I appreciate very much as well. I have been taken advantage of in the past so I need a plumbing company I can trust and call if needed again and EZ Flow is my go to from now on. Thank you!!!
