Three guys came today to fix a problem with the plumbing and septic lines. They were very professional and worked very hard to make sure the job was completed. Mark, Brandon and Calab I believe were their names. Thank you so much for a job well done.

I want to thank Bill Moody and Ron Morgan for all their hard work in getting my water heater issue resolved. It took four visits and hours of patience to identify the issue and resolve it. Great guys: quiet, professional, and good local gentlemen!

One of the worst case scenario's, dreaded "slab leak". Advanced Plumbing didn't stop working till we had water again. The guys are fast, knowledgeable and clean up as they go. If you want a professional job call Advance Plumbing!

Advanced did it, once again! They got our sewage flowing correctly at our office. Unfortunately in our poorly designed, aging 80 year old building, we have back-ups at least once a year. Yesterday afternoon, we experienced an all too frequent problem. One call to Advanced and an hour later we were back up running as normal. Advanced Plumbing Service fixed what Hansen Plumbing screwed up when Hansen replaced partial pipe under our kitchen sink.

Hansen apparently did not use long enough pipe causing it to leak from the slip joint and drain from our garage disposal.

I had a situation to where I was using excessive amounts of water and I thought that I had another pipe leaking. The plumber from Advanced, Mark, arrived on time and quickly found it was an older toilet running which I didn’t even hear. I asked him to go ahead and replace both toilets in my house with new ones since the old ones were water wasting and old anyway. Mark replaced both with newer more efficient ones which work great. I had a concern with one which they replaced for me free of charge. Advanced is my go to plumbers now!

After calling a couple of other plumber companies who didn't show up. I called advanced plumbing and talked to Ron, he came out right away. He was quick and efficient, and once it was inspected he was back out in no time to finish the job.
And he made it look very neat even smoothing some dirt I had to make it look even better. I know who to call for my plumbing needs now.

I came to Advanced Plumbing after a decade with another plumber whom I liked very much, but whose business had apparently grown to the point where reliability was an issue. There was no such problem with Advanced. The dispatcher who answered my call did so on her lunch break with her personal phone and asked to call me back in an hour after she returned to the office. She called right when she said she would and scheduled my service for a few days later when I'd be home. Twenty-five minutes before the scheduled arrival time, she called to reconfirm and let me know the technician was on his way. He came in a timely fashion, was friendly, offered to wear a mask when I said I needed to wear one to protect a loved one, got the garbage disposal replaced fast, cleaned up thoroughly (including the mess left by the previous plumber under the sink), and even had a few minutes to restore good flow to my shower head. The technician, Mark, was as personable as they come. I am so happy that I found Advanced. They (and especially Mark) will have my business going forward.

I noticed backup in both toilets and showers. It was quickly determined that my pump system was down and not working. I contacted Advanced Plumbing late that afternoon. They had technician at my residence at 0800 the next day. The gentleman immediately went to work and had my issue resolved that day. He was very professional and worked all day to get it done. My grinder pump alarm and siren started going off on yesterday, 12/27 for the first time since I moved here in June 2018. I googled local plumbers and decided on Advanced after doing some research. I called last evening and they said a tech would arrive today, 12/28 around 9am. Mark arrived on time and quickly diagnosed a failed pump. Sadly, it's only about 6 years old. He and his teammate Brandon went to get all the parts and had me up and operational within 3 hours. They had to install a new panel and new conduit for the wiring for the new pump. I am very pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism. I highly recommend this company!

My husband and I have used Advanced Plumbing for years. They are always professional and do quality work. They have even replumbed my entire house and you could not ask for better service/work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
*Updated-Most recently they replaced our Tankless Water heater. We called and the next day they were there and had completed the task! Affordable and very professional. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.
