Tyler and Greg were the best. We had a big job and they got it done in record time. They were super nice and accommodating and super friendly with my big dog and kitties. If I could give 10 stars to these guys I would!

Cameron was on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly. Repairs were completed in a timely manner for a reasonable price and on a Saturday. His communication was great throughout the project. Would highly recommend!

Basically, he did not solve our issue. Told him washer did not drain before he came, then came and said he couldn't snake it, then he said he did. Set on low setting then said it drained fine. Within 15 minutes of him leaving it backed up again. I have now called another plumber and will let you know if they repair it.

Cameron was very nice, polite and friendly. He installed the new hot water heater and put a drain into the floor for us. He was very professional and we appreciated the work he did! Thank you very much.

Tyler Byrd went out of his way to temporarily repair my very unusual plumbing gasket, and bought me a few weeks of use until we can find a more permanent replacement faucet. Would definitely recommend!!

Cody was very detailed , knowledgeable , and had the greatest attitude. He took an emergency call on weekend during Mardi Gras parades, and came within one hour.
He's one you all need to keep in the company. He maybe the owners son because of the pride and professionalism he displayed while carrying out his job!!

We had an urgent situation to arise (toilets backing up into hallways and tubs filling up with dirty water) at 8 pm at night! We called and they came! The plumber was courtesy and quick! We appreciate the quick response to our immediate need and they didn’t try to charge some outrageous price and fee for an after hours call. We will definitely use E-Z Flow again if the need should arise and we will definitely recommend to others!

I would give a zero if i could. If you have a real simple job they may be able to do it, if its something complicated find someone else. I had a toilet problem and they videoed and told me what they were sure the problem was so i paid them $3500 to bust a hole in the floor and fix it. It took the guy 2 1/2 hours and he was supposedly finished but it turned out he had made the problem worse and if he had taken time to look at what he was doing he would have known it. When i told them they had made the problem worse they came back videoed again and said they needed to do more and it would cost another $1665 to fix. I got a real plumber to fix it and he could not believe the half ass work they had done. it only cost me $950 and it was fixed correctly and works great. In my opinion these guys don't care about what they do and they will NOT stand behind their work at all. DONT'T USE THEM

I own a small plumbing company and was working a late night drain call. Unfortunately my equipment wasn't enough to get the drain flowing at its full potential. I called EZ-Flow and they came to the rescue with their high pressure jetter. Cam and Bryant where very responsive extremely professional and kept me informed of their ETA. Thank you EZ-Flow for bringing out the big guns and saving the day.

We had a quote but when the tech showed up, the person who quoted it was no longer employed and the current tech didn't understand the quote. They charge $255 an hour which is way too much. The tech did not clean up after himself and left all the cut out pipe etc. under the house. I was told it cost so much due to all the material needed. First of all, the job didn't require that much material. If I had bought it myself, the material would have less than $100. Secondly, the piping that was installed appeared to be scrap. It was dirty and old looking. When I requested a detailed bill including showing the material I paid for, I was told they couldn't show me that.

Great service, quick response on a Saturday afternoon. Aaron was very polite and professional and took care of my water leak.

Dominic was excellent! I needed someone quickly to come out and help with my grandfather’s bathroom sink plumbing. EZ-Flow was very knowledgeable of the problem and very courteous to my family. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Greg was great. The fact that he responded to my request and showed up to service us in less that 30mins of our phone call and then took his time with his services was amazing.

The work they did seemed top notch.
However, I’d be remiss if I failed to mention despite being very pleased with the work done, the invoice for the bill total was just under 400$ and the work was completed in under an hour.
Obviously the amount I was charged was very high in my opinion.

Needed a hybrid water heater installed. Technician managed to fit me in the next day instead of the next Monday which was nice. Only took a couple of hours to do. He made it look easy. I was worried it would take longer or run into issues since hybrid units require routing more pipe and whatnot. I forgot his name but he was professional and friendly throughout the whole process. Managed to do it for $200 less than quoted from another big competitor. Overall, I'm highly pleased and would recommend this company for any intimidating plumbing job.
