A competitor refused to even open my thankless water heater and sent me 5 invoices ranging from 300 to 7000. Adams arrived within two days and fixes the problem in 10 minutes for one $65! Efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonable. I will be calling Adams for all my plumbing need going forward.

Brystal and his team did a great job on the plumbing portion of the project, including replacing the entire house sewer system and the complete hot water line. The work was completed professionally and in a timely manner.

The only post project concern was the cement work, which could have been done better, as well as the leveling of the dirt after trenching. As a result, I was unable to close my backyard fence properly, and it was left somewhat out of alignment.

I would call Adams Plumbing and Drain Company the next time I need Plumbing services. They were professional and knew what needed to be done. They installed a new hot water heater in no time at all. As new homeowners in Mobile we had a good FIRST experience with y'all but now we can't get anyone to call us back....what's up with that? We got an estimate that we declined due to circumstances beyond our control then we emailed y'all and called to follow up and were told our email went to your 'spam/junk' folder. We were also told another estimate would be sent to us within a few days. Not only has that not happened but we were also told that someone there tried to call one of the three of us but none of us have any missed calls and/or voicemails. Mysterious to say the least, don't y'all think? We need some plumbing work done and are willing to pay to get it done. Y'all got so much work that you don't need us as customers or what?

Bristol was very professional, nice and friendly. He did a great job replacing my broken water heater with a new one. Alexa was quick and resolved the problem with someone in the system to turn off the water bursting out of tank. As always I am very pleased With Adam's Plumbing

Jeremy and his partner were great! Had to do a jet clean out for the main line. Though the service was somewhat pricey, they are professional and get the job done. Didn't charge me for the snake clean out they attempted the day before.

Wonderful experience! Very attentive to our needs and even to some of the things we wanted that was not part of the job they were hired to do. Neat, clean, quiet working and non-stop except for lunch. They explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. Very informative. The drywall work was way above our expectation, can't tell that the wall was ever cut! I actually missed them when they left. They were so pleasant.

I am very disappointed in the lack of communication. My business toilet was stopped up and I was not on the premises. I had to sign a contract to receive service and in the contract it was written that I would be informed if the price exceeds $150. I have my cell number to call if it exceeds my estimate. I had to give my card information prior to their arrival. I was told via email that 1 hour service will be $160. They charged my card $400 without my approval. Very overpriced for one stopped up toilet and less than an hour of documented service.

You just can’t beat Roto Rooter. I’ve had them out several times for different projects and I can truly say they show up on time and don’t leave until the project is finished without going up on the price no matter the obstacles they face. This is my go to plumbers.
