The quote for the complete bathroom remodel was clear and concise. The project manager kept us updated on the progress and for any issues that arose, he had solutions. Communication was excellent! The workmanship is excellent and the job was completed on time. Adams took care of everything, the plumbing, electrical, and installation of all the bathroom components.
We definitely recommend them and will contract with them again for other projects.

Adam’s Plumbing does great, fast work! They did several small jobs this time, but we have used them many times for different things. A little pricey, but most things are nowadays.

Adam was prompt, professional, and had excellent customer service. He showed me the problem, explained what he had to do then went right to work. I was very pleased with the service call. I will definitely refer Adams Plumbing & Drain company to my family and friends.

Repair of leaking shut off valve next to home, not the main water line. I could have had this valve deleted but makes it much easier to shut off water when required and not have to hunt down my T-Handle to do it. Called me ahead of time to confirm I would be home, technician was pleasant and repairs were made to my satisfaction.

Great service! Was able to get an appointment very quickly and technician/plumber repaired our leaking outside spigot very fast. Good price also. Highly recommend!

The company is great and very willing to help. Was quick to respond to our plumbing issues. However, I was unhappy to discover that the corroded and very stinky plumbing that had to be replaced was left under my house for me to clean up and have hauled off. This caused the smell of sewage to persist and be a problem.

Adam came out today to service our bathrooms. He was extremely professional and very helpful. We will use them again.

Update: They came out to fix our master shower. It works so well now!!! The best it’s worked in years!!

I had two faucet installed and most importantly a leak behind the wall. The technician Adam did an excellent job finding and repairing the problem. Initial customer service in scheduling by Autumn was also excellent. Overall experience was superior.

The young man was professional and very courteous. The customer service agent was professional. It was my first time using Adam's plumbing company and will most likely use them again.

Responses were fast, work estimated and completely timely. They communicated before arriving and explained what was needed to be done. Will use them again.

The young man was very thrall, in doing his job. He was also respectful. Due to me wanting him to come so late, I had fought with the issue all day so it was my fault that he had to come so late in the evening. Very appreciative of his thrallness.

The service techs showed up on time and did not stop working until my project was completed. Once completed they walked me through the repair to make sure I was happy, which I was. I would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing and carpentry repairs.

Adams came out today to my place in Semmes, AL and replaced the valves in the master shower/tub. Brystal did a great job and was very knowledgeable and professional. He called 45 minutes ahead of his arrival and was on-time. He was efficient and cleaned up prior to leaving. Im grateful to have the issue resolved and would definitely recommend Adams for any indoor or outdoor plumbing needs you have.

Excellent Service. On a Sunday— Gage came out and fixed the leaking pipe in my Kitchen ceiling. He was very professional and knowledgeable. On Adam’s website they advised open 24/7. This is a very true statement. I called 3 other plumbers with the same advertisement. They wanted to come out on Monday or Tuesday!
This was an emergency and Adams treated it as such. Thank you Gage and Adams for being available during my crisis!

I had a leaking outdoor faucet which they fixed in less than a half hour more like 15 minutes. I asked for an estimate to fix the water line on my fridge and they did not charge me since the faucet didnt take the full hour. I was quoted a price for both jobs way higher than I paid Adam's. I am highly pleased with their pricing.

I recently had a leak in my kitchen floor caused by a hot water pipe. Adam’s Plumbing responded quickly they came out the same day to provide an estimate and returned the next day to repair the pipe.
