I called and a technician arrived just a couple of hours later. I received several quotes with plumbers saying the pipe was inaccessible amongst other excuses. The roto rooter tech found the access point in less than 5 minutes and had our whole system fixed in half an hour, and at a quarter of the price of the other plumbers. I’m truly so impressed by their expertise and professionalism!

The young man who did my work, Cody, was very professional and informative, and worked harder than I’ve seen anybody work in a while. Very conscientious. He worked hard to put the pump in a better position than my previous pump. Had to re-wire and put new conduit because of the job the last people did in fixing my floats. He had to do extra work, but didn’t change the quote. Job well done Cody.

Our service tech was very professional and explained everything. He took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. Thank you, Cody. At 68 years old I was also concerned with the possible expense but it was resonable.

Very quick response to my problem and rapped up the needed repair in less than half an hour. Technician was very polite and jumped right on the problem and knocked it out. I wish I could remember his name. Super nice guy.

I could not have been more pleased with the service I received from Roto Rooter. The scheduler I spoke with was knowledgeable and pleasant and answered all my questions. I received a 30 minute heads-up call from Dylon Kirksey, the technician, saying he was on his way. He arrived and quickly fixed the problem. He too, was professional and very easy to communicate with. He cleared up his work area and made sure we were happy with his repair. The price was extremely reasonable for the services provided. Didn’t know what to expect at first but the Tech was very polite and respectful. You know you don’t find that often when you are using a company you’re never used before. I must say everything worked out perfectly. I will certainly use Roto Rooter again.

We were given conflicting locations for a sewer line break between RR and the city. The city said the break was under a new driveway, but rather than cutting it, RR did additional work to locate the break beyond the driveway. They mapped the tortuous sewer line path to the street and verified their repair along the entire line when finished. I am very pleased that the driveway did not have to be dug up for this fix. Thank the plumbers at RR whose experience and workmanship made all the difference.
