Same-day service was a blessing! We were not able to run any water in our home due to a blockage in our septic line. The tech, Terry, identified the problem quickly and was able to clear the blockage in a matter of minutes. He was friendly and professional and got the job done! Thank you so much!!

I had sewer backing up in my house. I called MAWSS, and the lady was very rude. I called Roto Rooter, they came at the time they said. The young man was very polite. He showed me the problem and told me to take pictures. I would strongly recommend Roto Rooter.

Very impressed with the service and professionalism that was shown during the fixing of our clogged water line. The technician was a very friendly and knowledgeable person who should be recognized for well represented for the company.

Had a hot water heater bust. They came out the next morning. Replaced my hot water heater very good service. The gentleman that came out was very polite very professional.

I had an issue with my toilet over the weekend. The toilet was not flushing. Cody at Roto Rooter went the extra with his service. He didn’t stop until the issue was resolved. He was friendly, he explained everything well and answered all my questions, and cleaned up after the job was done. I will definitely be calling Roto Rooter again and asking for Cody. He did a great job.

We had ongoing issues with our drains stopping up and had our septic tank pumped out and still had problems. Called Roto Rooter and within an hour they were here to snake our sewer lines but hit dirt and at that point they knew we had a busted line under ground, which apparently was caused by having landscaping done. They came back the next morning and found the busted line dug it up and repaired it all within 17 hours from my call to completion. They put our flower beds back exactly the way they were before having to dig it up... couldn't tell anything had ever happened. They were friendly, courteous and left everything spotless.

My experience was excellent. The problem was fixed thoroughly and the guy was so polite and informative. I had previously paid a private company way more money not too long ago and the problem was not fixed at all. I will never use anyone else besides Roto Rooter.

Very happy with the installation of new water heater. The plumber was quick, professional and thoughtful. He made adjustments to how the expansion tank was supported and adjusted the fit of the existing gas pressure regulator and the overflow to make it safer.

I called Roto Rooter and they came out the same day. These guys did an exceptional job. Very courteous and very professional. I would highly recommend these people.

Like any need that arises in an emergency situation, I needed plumbing services immediately at my home for clogged pipes, drains, backed up toilets and tubs in both bathrooms. I called 2 plumbing service companies, Roto Rooter & another, equally well-known company that call themselves “super techs”. RR has provided similar services at my home in the past and did great work. And ultimately, this time RR was able to get out to my home that same day, where as the other company wouldn’t have a tech available until the next day… maybe. Roto Rooter called me same day, before they came to my house same day, giving me enough time to leave my job and meet them at my home. They diagnosed my plumbing problem, explained everything to me, and made the repairs in a matter of a couple of hours and the best part, it was affordable! Cody did an excellent job! He was courteous, skilled, and efficient. I will always call Roto Rooter for my plumbing needs. They get the job done!

Our Roto-Rooter serviceman was Brandon and he was excellent. He was fast, diagnosed issues quickly, effective, professional (sharing observations) and pleasant. I will certainly use this company again.
