Reviews of local pros in Mobile, Alabama

Each time that we have had trouble with our air conditioning, we have used Byrd Air. They never disappoint us. They come the same day we call. They are efficient, knowledgeable , and motivated. Great job, guys!! Thanks again!

I encourage everyone to give Byrd Air a try if you have not. Billy Byrd and his team are the best I have ever dealt with. I have been in customer service for forty nine years so I know how a customer is supposed to be treated and they go above and beyond the call of duty.

You won’t find a company with higher quality, character, and integrity than Byrd Air. Would give them 10 out of 5 stars. Cannot recommend them more.

Billy installed a new AC unit for us a little over a year and a half ago. Fast forward to this week when we got our roof replaced and during the install a nail penetrated the copper refrigerant tubing. Billy came out on a Saturday, quickly identified the root cause and made the repair. He spent a little over an hour at the house and didn’t charge us a dime (completely on his own accord) because he felt like they should’ve initially installed the line further away from the roof sheathing to prevent that from ever happening in the first place.

The bar for honesty and dependability is set pretty high by Reliance Heating & Air Conditioning LLC. They offer excellent, timely service, but what sets them apart is their unwavering dedication to doing the right thing, frequently providing free aftercare long after the job is completed. They have my highest recommendation.

Great service. The new AC system in our home keeps it cool and doesn't make a lot of noise.

They performed a great job fixing my heater. The HVAC contractor was pleasant and knew what they were doing. They corrected the problem right away. Again, my house is warm. I highly endorse their services.

The guy did a great job of checking and repairing HVAC systems. The HVAC contractor was very knowledgeable and performed a great job. I really think you should do it.

Work with this company, as they showed up on time and finished the AC installation quickly.

Consider using this firm because they installed the AC swiftly and arrived on time.

Knowledgable staff put me at ease installing air con into my home. Walls were cut and plastered back making it all look like there were no build works. Highly recommend.

The day after that the crew arrived and replaced the old unit. They were friendly, thorough & efficient. So after only two days I have a new system. No complaints.

This HVAC technician is highly regarded for his competence and professionalism. On time and very professional, he set up my new air conditioner for me.

I had done everything and was on the verge of losing my sanity. No one could ever seem to fix my broken thermostat. My thermostat was broken for a few hours until I contacted them on the phone, and now it seems to be operating fine.

The HVAC experts were skilled and precise in their work. I'm satisfied with their attention to detail and the improved indoor comfort they delivered.

Just wanted to say that this HVAC technician does a good job about staying on top of their work of HVAC repair. They don't make regular visits but they respond quickly to calls and have good follow-up.
