Reviews of local pros in Mobile, Alabama

Ashten does quality work and works very hard on customer satisfaction! Very clean carpet and all stains removed!

All out cleaned my carpet in both bedrooms and has now repaired two holes in my carpet! It looks amazing! Definitely very pleased with the quality of work!

Ashton was very nice and respectful of my home. He not only did his job but informed of what to look for and expect ! Love the service! 🥰

All out carpet cleaning did a wonderful job on cleaning and sanitizing our tile and carpet! Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Very courteous and explained and walked me through everything that was being done. Will definitely be using them again, thanks so much!

We have several short-term rentals along the coast that have been maintained by a couple different management companies. Unfortunately, it appears that what management companies think of as "clean" and what we believe "clean" should be are two opposing standards. We had a recent incident where the guests did a great job of destroying our high-end 4 bedroom condo. Wine and wedding cake and what we assume was tobacco or some similar substance. Our management company, like the previous company, did a crap job getting the carpeting and sofa cleaned. Also, the tiled foyer area seemed even worse with red wine stains after the so-called cleaning. Not acceptable!

Then they hired another cleaning company based on someone's recommendation. But this cleaner never kept their appointment with our place 2 times. So the next guests were checking in for Christmas without a proper cleaning. The stains, and stickiness (why was there sticky crap???) in one particular section, remained there waiting for our new high-paying guests. Then we got a 4 star review from these next guests, specifically mentioning how 1/4 of the carpet and sofa and foyer were stained and sticky along a couple areas. We are a 5 star property owner business. Not a Motel 6! This was absurd!

Finally, a friend and colleague in the business referred someone they deal with directly. While at dinner my friend called Ashten at 9:30 Thursday. He answered, asked for my address and said he'll be there by 10am to investigate right after he got his crew set up for their morning first client's job. 9:50 he showed up. Took 30 minutes to explain what he can do, the chemicals they use and why he feels very strongly almost all the stains will be removed, but still can't guarantee 100% of them. Started on it at 7pm that same day. "Sold!!!" I said. He was there a few minutes before 7. I gave him the code and asked him to lock up when finished. I received videos of his work at nearly 11pm, 4 hours later.

Maybe he couldn't guarantee he could get 100% of the mess out but he did just that, it was back to its original conditional! Clean, new, and no stains. My wife and I gave him a big tip. Ashten afterwards said, "Thank you, you're so kind, but instead of your extra gratuity, would you please refer some of your friends in Airbnb business." Again, I said, "Sold!!!" Word of mouth works in my business when time, quality, and customer service are one's priorities in business. Head our advice and use All-Out! THANK YOU Ashten for being spot on and going above and beyond.

All Out Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job cleaning our rugs. They cleaned our living room rug and one of my classroom rugs and they both look brand new! I bought a white rug for my classroom (crazy, I know) and I couldn’t believe how new and clean it looked. If you need your rugs or carpets cleaned, these are your people!!

We had our bedroom carpet in our rental house & in our new home we bought cleaned by Ashten and we were SHOCKED at how clean it came. It all looked brand new! It also smelled so fresh afterwards. He also did upholstery cleaning on our fabric recliner rocking chair that had stains and it looks SOO good. Customer service was amazing, quick scheduling, and very friendly & nice!! 10/10 recommend and will DEFINITELY use All Out again!

Ashton Sarti always does a great job of cleaning my carpets. You can't go wrong with this cleaning company!

We can’t recommend All Out Carpet Cleaning enough! We have a huge sectional couch and he cleaned it for us and it looks great. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Absolutely went above and beyond! As a teacher, my carpet was extremely dirty. I regret not taking before and after pictures because the transformation is incredible. The carpet looks and smells amazing—truly like new! The service was prompt and professional, and they exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be recommending them to everyone I know!

Great carpet cleaner! Very professional and reasonable prices. Also helped me out when my sink over flowed and drenched my floor. Dry as a bone! Can’t go wrong with this company!

All Out deserves a 5-star review for numerous reasons, and these pictures illustrate just one. The quality of work is exceptional, as demonstrated by the impressive before and after photos. Additionally, Ashton’s professionalism truly stands out, ensuring a top-notch experience throughout. Ashton is incredibly pleasant to work with, always bringing a happy, positive attitude regardless of his day. His sense of humor adds an extra touch to the experience. Overall, All Out is the best carpet cleaning service I have ever worked with—hands down, the best in the area.

Ashten came very quickly and made our very expensive couches look new again after some wear! I’m shocked how bright they look again! Very professional and courteous and called me to let me know when he was on the way. Great communication! Will be using them again!

10/10 Recommend - we bought this house a little over a year ago from an elderly man and haven’t gotten around to cleaning the floors because we have been painting/remodeling areas in the house. I reached out to this awesome company and he was quick to come out & the results are amazing! I definitely plan to use him again!

All out carpet cleaning never disappoints! That’s why I am a returning customer. He always does such a great job while also being professional and respectful. I forgot my living room rug was a light grey and now my van seats don’t look like I have kids, stains are gone! Thank you All Out Carpet Cleaning. Always a 5 out of 5 from me!

Thank you so much to All Out Carpet Cleaning for deep cleaning our couches and area rug!! Very professional and everything smells and looks great ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ashton did a wonderful job with my rug. Service was on time and the carpet looked like new. Would recommend it to everyone. 10/10.

Ashton did an Awesome job! I called because a pipe soaked the carpet and padding in a bedroom. He was Prompt and courteous I’m very pleased with his work. I will for sure call if the situation happens again.

I hired All Out Carpet Cleaning to clean a 8x10 WOOL mostly black rug, they came to my apartment without issue, the owner of the company came personally to clean the rug. It did not take long, about an hours, and i gotta say it that the work was exceptional, he handled everything with care, since my rug is somewhat old, all colors of my rug came to life after the cleaning. Would hire them again without a question.

Great trustworthy company!

Excellent service and very capable to handle all of my pool care needs from changing my liner, replacing my timer, and getting my pool light working. They even provide all the chemicals needed with the weekly cleaning service. Can't say enough good things about these guys.
