Reviews of local pros in Mobile, Alabama

Very thorough. Great customer service. The technician was kind and courteous and was able to show and explain to me the process and how it was thoroughly cleaned. Will definitely use Vent Doctor on a regular basis.

Having just moved into a new home, when our new dryer was delivered, it was taking a very long time and the clothes were not coming out dry. The dryer was getting very hot and there was condensation dripping from the vent pipe. After a little research, I figured that our vent pipe was clogged. I tried some DIY methods, but I still couldn't clear the clog. The Vent Doctor came out and solved the problem efficiently and at an affordable rate! I highly recommend using the Vent Doctor!

I tried doing a vent cleaning myself and didn’t get very much debris. I was concerned about the risk of fire by not properly maintaining the vent and found this service. I’m so glad I did. He found a dead bird in my vent and completely scrubbed clean the debris that was gunked up around the bend in my 2 story home dryer exhaust vent. He was fast, courteous and cleaned up behind himself. Definitely recommend this business!

I received great service at an affordable price. There was open communication before arrival and during the entire process. He was also able to get the job done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend!

Called Cary Tuesday afternoon needing dryer vent, hose, ducts cleaned and he booked it for the next afternoon. Texted when he was 7 minutes out. Arrived on time. Worked quickly and did a great job. Very professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use him again.
