Zach does our lawn service and has done so for two years now. He does such a good and consistent job each service. Our lawn is virtually weed free now. It was full of dandelions and was not green in all areas. Even my yard man that cuts my grass said how impressed he was at how good and healthy it had become. Zach is good to work with and he communicates very well what he is doing each service. He comes every other month. For the service and results we have received it is a great value as well!

Im always notified when its my Annual Termite Reexamination and through Stephanie she always schedules me on my availability and convenience. Stephanie has always provided FANTASTIC Customer Service with all of my questions and needs. She's always pleasant on the telephone. She is also quick to answer my questions or concerns promptly. If she doesn't have the answer, then she'll let me know that she'll get back to me as soon as possible. She always exudes a positive attitude on behalf of Knox Pest Control and that's what makes her Customer Service that much more appreciated from a customers perspective! Knox has been our Pest Control provider since we've been in town. Bill (service provider) is one the nicest guys you will ever meet. It's nice to deal with one person who sets up your appointments and also provides the service. Shows up on time and keeps us on a schedule when life is so busy. Great job!

We have had great pest control service with Knox! Our technician is Kyle (Route 41), and he is always courteous and accommodating to our schedule. We have a big dog, and he always comes with treats. He really goes the extra mile, and makes it easy for us to get our service done on time.

We had a real police and hilarious dude come do our service. His name was Devontae Webb and he was really nice and professional, cats loved him and we had good conversation about video games movies etc. We did all of that while he performed his duties in and out of the house. I have had very good interactions with Knox and it's employees over the past two years I've used them. Highly Recommend
