We have been using Knox Pest Control since our company has opened back in 2017. They have always been excellent! Great service and always on time. If they can not get an exterminator out the same day, they will definitely have one out the next day. Our regular exterminator is Mr. David Girdner, he is awesome! Always super friendly and assures he takes care of everything we need and then some! Really great customer service and attitude. It has been a pleasure working with Mr. David and he knows his stuff!

Johnny Walker (Knox Representative) David Girdner (Pest control), Zack Allen (Lawn care), West Rhodes (Terminate control) and lastly the guy (who's name I forget- he drove out from Birmingham) that did my attic installation are the five individuals that came to my home. They went above and beyond and I would definitely recommendation them to others. I asked about a million and a half questions and they responded with kind and not annoyance. Our representative Stan Spencer has been such a blessing over the years. He has serviced our past home in Pike Road and now continues to service my family's cabin. He and I have worked tireless to eradicate the spider problem especially underneath the screened porch. I'm happy to report that the problem has been almost completely resolved! We have used Knox for several years and really appreciate the work they do. Stan Spencer has been our tech for a couple years now and we love him! He’s thorough in his work and so kind and friendly. I also like that they text to schedule services - so easy! Highly recommend.

We’ve never had any issues with the techs, but we are cancelling our termite bond with Knox because Stephanie does not accept boundaries, nor does she accept no as an answer. We just had a tech show up, again, without us scheduling the service. So previously, we have not been home and had to send them away, or days like today where we’re all sick in the house and not in the mood to deal with pest control on a day we didn’t schedule them. We’ve also been customers since 2021, and she still calls me mister. I am not a man, I have never claimed to be a man, I do not look like a man, I do not sound like a man. Not sure what her deal is, but it’s disrespectful.
