This is at least the 4th time I’ve used this company. This experience underlines all of my previous cleanings. This professional group knows how to clean furniture and carpet. This time, they cleaned 4 side chairs. These chairs now look and smell new! Well done! I highly recommend this company to anybody who needs their carpet or furniture cleaned.

Mr. Welch was awesome! He was prompt and courteous and educated me on the best way to care for my floors (which I can never seem to keep clean no matter what I do). Now I finally feel like I can keep on top of this task. Thank you Mr. Welch!

5 stars for service and results… pricing “iffy” .. entered all I was seeking, nothing left out, on company website and received a good faith estimate of $150. Technician arrived and informed what he would be doing but never discussed pricing nor did I ask as had a general idea of cost from my estimate which disclosed all pet related issues. I was charged $375 upon completion, a far cry from the good faith estimate based on my good faith estimate of required services. Again service and results superb but pricing seemed deceptive and shame on me for not nailing down before service commenced

Great customer service and good results. Removed stains from the carpets. Liked that owner of the company came and did the work. Like this process since it doesn't leave carpets soaking wet like other companies.

A couple of years ago I decided to purchase off-white furniture for my den, not realizing just how much everyday dirt could show. Upon recommendation, I contacted David at Chem Dry and scheduled a deep cleaning. David was friendly, showed up at the scheduled time and make my beautiful furniture come back to life! He also cleaned my den carpet to make it look new! His pricing was very reasonable and I was very pleased with the entire service! I highly recommend using Chem Dry for all your cleaning needs! Thank you again David! We will be using Chem Dry in the future!

ChemDry is hands down the best in town! David goes to extra lengths to explain the process and provide tips on treating spots in between cleanings. He has a whole host of solutions in his bag and even removed some old and gross coffee and tobacco stains. I won’t let anyone else in my home from now on!

David was so great, personable and nice. I am so so pleased with how my couch looks. For context: I have a three year old artist who drew a total masterpiece on my $3500 couch in dry erase marker. And it was really drawn in there, as if she held the marker to it for minutes. You can BARELY see the stains AND David was able to get out old random stains too! I have already recommended all my friends to use Welch’s ChemDry!

Outstanding customer service! David quickly responded to my website inquiry and had a date to come out that fit my schedule the next week. David was professional, punctual and friendly. I am very happy with the upholstery cleaning on my large sectional due to a couple of years of normal use. It looks and smells so clean. I would recommend his services to all my family and friends!

I have used Squeeky clean for a while now, they are very reliable and do a great job. Whether it’s the normal maintenance or special requests, they always leave my house in “perfect” condition and have even gotten to know my likes and pet-peeves and have tailored the experience around those (some without me even having to mention). They are terrific, I highly recommend them. Although I am on a regular schedule, they have been very flexible in accommodating differences in days and times when necessary. The cleaning crews are great, and the administrative ladies are very responsive so that the customer service is very good. You won’t find a better service for the price.

Scheduled appointments with me twice. They didn't show either time and didn't bother to call. They are a big waste of time.

The owner came out and looked at the problem I have with water and he is going to get right on it. He was very courteous and helpful. My only issue is it takes forever to respond. Maybe he is just real busy. Don't know but I am happy he is going to take care of it.

I called and called and left messages to call me regarding gutters that were installed. Just need a corner piece for water to drain. He set up an appointment to look at it and never showed or called. Still trying to reach him to have this issue taken care of.

Replaced existing gutters with new seemless with leaf guards. Fast installation at reasonable price. Color matches well with our brick and aluminum fascia.

While traveling on 231 south this evening, a white 2018 Chevy Truck with this companies logo on the back window proceeded to tailgate me. I was traveling at 60 mph so I tapped my brake lights twice. The driver then turned on his bright lights. As he pulled out into the left lane to pass me he decided I was his number one fan. I was in the left lane so I could make a left hand turn ahead by the way.
I guess this company doesn’t care how their employees drive, which would make me wonder if they really care how the perform their work???
