Quality business. Easy to schedule, showed up on time, and very knowledgeable. I had a cleaning/inspection of my main HVAC system and a cleaning of my heat pump. HVAC Home Pros also found and cleared a clog in the condensation line of the heat pump which wouldn't have been a problem until I turned the A/C on again in the spring and found it leaking. Very highly recommend.

Home Pros came out late at night on a Friday and got my HVAC problems diagnosed and fixed. The technicians were super thorough and made sure to look over everything, even beyond the obvious problems.

I was happy with the technicians work, but I was pretty taken aback when the invoice came. They were very upfront about the diagnosis/trouble shooting fee, however the cost of the labor/parts for the repairs wasn't discussed until the bill came. Had I known they were going to charge $400 in labor to change my 2 overflow switches, I would have just paid for the diagnosis and spent the 10 minutes to do it myself.

Ramsey came to our home to complete our winter tune-up. He showed up as scheduled and was very polite. He gave great suggestions on how to keep our HVAC running well.
