They were really prompt on their timing and friendly. It's my first time with them, and they were quite accommodating in my many inquiries on their services. They managed to explain what was suggested for improvement for my system, and cleaned the components well. My only real complaint is that they didn't have on hand certain screws to bolt down my AC unit (which didn't previously have it). They informed me that just didn't have it prepared, but since it wasn't their fault it wasn't on there, I can't hold them accountable to it. So far, they have been good to me.
Ramsey was polite, professional, and went way beyond what I ever expected to make sure my system was running, and did his best to explain what was going on. I'm keeping the company number in my phone just so I know to recommend them when somebody mentions having AC trouble.
