Electrical reviews in Odenville, Alabama

On time, professional, deciphered my problem very fast and effectively, 5 stars was not enough for this review, would HIGHLY recommend Chris for all your electrical needs.. outstanding

Positive experience! Outstanding customer service. We hired Mr. Luster through Angie’s list and are so happy we did. Not only does he offer fair prices, he was on time, and finished the job in a timely manner. He installed several new outlets along with installing new exterior lights. If we ever need any electrical work, he will be our first call.

I’ve hired Chris Luster several times for miscellaneous electrical work around the house, hanging TV wall mounts, helping with a Nest installation, etc. and have always been very satisfied with his work, price, and professional attitude. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was the exact opposite. I don’t know if there was a misunderstanding regarding what materials would be available at our house, but Chris chose to get an attitude with me instead of trying to find out what happened. I had simply asked him to come troubleshoot a light in our laundry room and I did not know if we had a wiring problem or what parts might be required to either repair the existing fixture or replace it with a new one. Chris said it was an old fixture and needed to be replaced and that he doesn’t keep them in his truck. I told him I could go pick one up and he clearly became frustrated that we didn’t already have one. He said “this is messed up” and “we drove a long way out here”. That’s when I said I’d pay him for a service call so they can be on their way. I don’t understand how someone could be so unprofessional with a long standing and well established customer. Sorry Chris but you lost me as a customer today.

I contacted Massey Electric and he was out here that same day and did some inspections for me! Professional, and knowledgeable! Wouldn’t contact anybody but Massey!

Used for a personal home project, work was great and they cleaned up after themselves well! Fair priced and even better quality! Will use them again in the future!

We have used Massey electric for multiple home projects, from installing hot tubs to home saunas and everything in between. They have great communication and are willing to come at a moment’s notice if available. We’ve always felt that they’ve treated us fairly with pricing. Its hard to find companies that show up on time and do quality work. So now that we’ve found Massey electric we refuse to use anyone else.

Awesome job ...on time...quality job and pricing was great. Will use again and highly recommended !!!

Massey Electric is amazing and on time. They are great to deal with.

Very pleased with the work he did for us. He was quick and honest. Would recommend them ten times over. Thank you so much for the wonderful and quick work.

Massey electric is great! Very prompt service and Corey is excellent at diagnosing the problem and making it work. I highly recommend his company.

Corey is an extremely knowledgeable electrician PLUS his character is of the highest standard. I recommend Massey Electric LLC to everyone.

Corey did a great job for us!
Great work and a fair price.
We would recommend Massey Electric to anyone!

This past week I used Massey Electrical to install an attic fan motor and two lights in my attic. They have done work for me in the past.
I am very pleased with the work that was done and felt that the cost was reasonable! I highly recommend Massey Electrical.

Massey is a great company to work with we will use them for all our future home projects and for our parents homes too. We had new outlets i stalled in several locations to support a butler’s pantry remodel and lighting and outlets for our basement remodel. All were done so well we love working with a small local business that still knows what good customer service is and works with you to design and implement your concept. I could keep going but it would sound like AI wrote it so will stop now lol!

Massey electric did a great job with my bathroom fan replacements and mounting my tv. I will use them again!

Wish I could give more stars!!! Major issues on a 55+ year old house. Thanks to a friend, I was given Corey’s number to update our electrical main and breaker panel. Corey diagnosed the issue, gave a very reasonable quote, and handled everything from there. He was super easy to communicate with too! He did a great job fixing everything (quickly I might add!) and making our house safe and fully up to code. I will definitely be recommending this company to anyone that asks for an electrician recommendation!

We had Corey come and do our new barn. We had some very specific requests and needs and he was great to work with! He provided us with a quote on 2 different options and when we were ready to begin, he was on time and completed the job in the timeframe promised. Fantastic experience and highly recommend Massey Electric!

Corey did a great job assessing the repairs we needed and did not try to inflate the cost/problem as some contractors do. I appreciate his integrity and kindness. He completed our repairs as timely as possible with the minimum amount of drywall damage possible. Great work! Recommend!

The best experience with a contractor I've ever dealt with. Very good at explaining process and doing what is promised. I would highly recommend and definitely use Massey Electric LLC again.

Massey Electric is an honest, hard-working, Christian company that excels in its services. Pricing is more than fair with the work being way beyond expectations. Would recommend to any family/friends. We’ve had them work on our commercial building several times.

We have used Corey for many years for large and small electrical projects. He is prompt and communicative so planning is easy. He does things neat and right the first time but also has creative solutions for difficult problems. The fees are so competitive and fair that we stopped getting multiple bids long time ago. If you need an electrical project from basic wiring, to generators, to solar, or an entire house grid, get Massey involved.
