Just had some cleaners come to my house to do a 2 maids 2 hours general cleaning. I could not be any happier with the result! As soon as I walked in it smelled so clean and fresh. They did an amazing job and I would highly HIGHLY recommended their services to anybody. I can't wait for my next house cleaning!

The two ladies were on time and very friendly. They introduced themselves and asked was there any specific thing they should focus on! They were very meticulous and paid great attention to detail. It felt good knowing everything is clean and sanitized. I really didn’t think they would clean an entire 4 hours, but once I went back into my new home, it was spotless! NOW we’re ready to be moved in!!! I would highly recommend them!

It is so hard finding quality customer service and professionalism now but working with this company was so refreshing. I had someone complete wreck and one of my properties and they were able to have it looking squeaky clean just in time for my next booking. I will definitely be using them on a regular basis now!

This company cleaned our church due to COVID 19. They are very friendly, very professional and were very responsive. I contacted the owner because that was the only contact info I knew and she never rerouted me! She scheduled gave me quotes, scheduled my appointment and emailed me what was to be expected! The clean up ladies were very friendly and professional also. I will definitely be using them again and referring them to everyone needing services! I highly recommend ECC!

They did such a great job and I called late in the day and they came the next day!!!! Sabrina and CC came to clean my daughter's dorm room at Auburn and they did a great job! This cleaning company is just what I needed! They were great from start to finish. Great customer service and professional staff made this move in a breeze for me and my family. They came in and got to work immediately. The house was a wreck from the previous owners. Full of cat fur and trash left behind. Appliances were so bad I thought we would have to trash them. But these lady's came in and cleaned house!!! Literally!!! I highly recommend giving them a call for your light cleaning all the way to the tough stuff. I have had my apartment cleaned by ECC about three times. Each time they have been amazing. My home is clean and smells good. After having the popcorn ceilings removed and the walls painted, the clean up was overwhelming for us. We called in the Experts who took care of all the tiny places that the dust creeped into, all the plantation shutters, and did a general overall clean. I am so glad we added in the oven service because it was spotless! Thanks for doing such a great, on time, expert job!

Very professional, arrived on time, and call to confirm appointment. Pressure wash my two story home. Never had it wash in 9 years, so you can imagine how dirty and stained it was. This guy took his time & went over it thoroughly. And I was HAPPY. Thank God we do have some honest people in this world. Who want to do right by you. Highly recommend. Going to continue using this service, for all my cleaning present tent and near future .

I forgot my house could be this clean! We have a dog that sheds like crazy and it was like an animal never lived there. It was so wonderful to come home for a whole weekend and not have to do anything. Also, the nicest people on the phone.

I have used ECC Cleaning in Opelika, AL for 8 months. I have found them to be professional, hard working, and cheerful. It's been a positive experience. I tell them which rooms to clean and they ask me to inspect the cleaning before they leave. If you're in need of some housecleaning by professionals, I can highly recommend this company!

Disappointing. Not at all worth the cost. They did a decent job for a regular cleaning, I guess. Mopped the floors. Did not vacuum. Cleaned the refrigerator, for an extra fee. Extra fees for everything; fans, blinds, windows. I’m not even sure what is included in a basic cleaning. But for over $600 for a deep cleaning, I expect the house to be clean. There were some bright spots. Counters and tub were clean as was a gross garbage bin. But didn’t even dust light fixtures, which is the easiest thing to do. This was for a turnover for a rental and it wasn’t anywhere near clean. At the end of the cleaning some woman came in and looked over the place. They fact that she felt that was acceptable, is the worst part.

I booked the 2 maids for 2 hours for my house and was able to add on some additional services for a very reasonable price. They came out early and got started right away. They did such an amazing job in all of the rooms but especially the bathrooms. I will definitely be using them again!

I called ECC for an estimate on "Deep Cleaning" of my facility. When the ladies showed up they were very professional and answered all of my questions. These ladies are wonderful and great at what they do. I would definitely recommend them to anyone business or residential. Great Job Ladies and Thank You!
