I love ECC!! I've been using them for about 6 years now and I won't use another cleaning service again. They do such a fantastic job and leave my house smelling clean and fresh!! They truly care about how well they do their job and if I'm happy with their service. The ladies that come to my house are like family and love them dearly!

Easy online scheduling and great communication from the team before, during, and after! House was sparking clean and the crew was patient and kind about working around two people that work from home ☺️

I was extremely pleased with the cleaning service I received from ECC. The crew was friendly but not overly talkative. The ladies did a great job and another lady came out to check to see how they did. Also, they sent a text in a few days to see if we were pleased with the cleaning. I highly recommend ECC.

ECC cleans my home twice a month and those are my absolute favorite days of the month. It feels so good to come home to a perfectly clean home. They are always so nice and professional. They do a fantastic job and my whole house looks and smells amazing. They always call me that afternoon to make sure I am happy with the services they have provided. I have and do recommend them to everyone I know. You will not be disappointed. They are reasonably priced and wonderful!!

Update: Once again they did a great job, my house is always spic and span after a visit. I don't know how but they are always on time. Everyone is always friendly and cheerful too, which is unusual these days!!! 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend.

Have used this company for several years now. The cleaners are so nice, professional and do a great job.. My husband is chronically ill and the ladies are always thoughtful of him and his needs. I appreciate that they work quickly and so are in and out so that he can get the rest that he needs. Would highly recommend them for basic cleaning ( Have not used for other jobs) . ONE DAY I am going to get them to do the windows!!!!

I’ve used this cleaning company more than once! Anyone can do a great job the first time but to continually do a great job and be professional is very rare in the time we’re living in! I can honestly say that I’m truly grateful for this company. They left my building smelling like lemons it lasted up to 3 weeks!! They arrived within the appointed time frame and really gave me a fresh perspective on using cleaning companies! I have to say that I was pleased from booking to seeing the results of the work! Had ECC come by twice for our home, one was a deep clean before the holidays and one recently for some spring cleaning. The team always does a great job with the house. Very respectful too when on conference calls since I WFH. Would highly recommend them for one time or routine cleaning.

Second time using ECC, definitely will use them again in the future. They were thorough and went straight to work. If you have a student who needs their place cleaned. I highly recommend this company. They are very easy to work with!

We are so pleased that we chose ECC for our bi- weekly cleaning service. Just had our first cleaning and our home is spotless and smells so clean. Our expert cleaning team took time to move things around as they dusted, vacuumed, and mopped (most don’t do that), cleaned under our beds and our kitchen appliances have never been shinier. The price is very reasonable and I highly recommend them.

We had our house cleaned this week for the first time by ECC, and we had an excellent experience! The staff were super friendly, professional, and thorough. We plan on hiring them again in the future.

At first glance, it looked like they did a great job. However, when I looked closer that was not the case. I spent a good chunk of change on a “deep clean” and we must have very different definitions of a deep clean. Sad to say I will not be using their services again.

We recently had a cleaning service deep clean our apartment, and the results were outstanding. Both bathrooms, including the master bath and the second bathroom, were cleaned better than we could have ever managed ourselves. The showers were spotless, with every tile and surface thoroughly scrubbed, leaving them gleaming. The baseboards were also given a much-needed cleaning, and the kitchen, including the refrigerator, was left looking brand new. The floors were swept and mopped, giving the entire apartment a fresh, polished feel. Overall, the service exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a thorough deep clean.

The services provided were EXCEPTIONAL! I could not recommend this company enough, they truly made my move-out experience seamless and painless! I was able to move-out without retaining any fees and received my deposit back! The women who cleaned my home were professional, kind, and proficient. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone who asked! They did so well, the housing company wanted their information to retain services and provide recommendations for their other tenants.

We love Expert cleaning Concepts!! My favorite girls are Coco, Trese & Alex. They do a fantastic job and always ask if there is anything extra they can do and they are very friendly. I have never been disappointed with their service!

I was very pleased with the service I received. They were on time, respectful of my strong scent sensitivity and used the products I prefer. I didn't need a deep clean, just some help with dusting, bathroom cleaning and my floors and so I was very grateful for their help! I will be having them back for sure!
