Smoke Damage-
We had smoke damage throughout our home from our faulty gas logs. Now our home is spotless and completely restored after the great cleaning job we received from CSI Restoration and Cleaning.

John Folta is unprofessional and does not honor his estimates even when the work is reduced.

Response to comment - John Folta is the owner. He knows he spoke to me and who I am. Nice try though playing stupid. John the insurance company said you have to honor the estimate you provided so we are still waiting on the revised correct invoice. You emailed yesterday saying you spoke with Clifford and you wanted to make concessions but you want to talk on the phone and not put anything in black and white through email. You have shady business practices.

John Folta why are you reviewing the company you own??? Aaron Folta is John's son so thats a bias review as well.

John Folta are you ready to honor your original estimate now or would you like for me to take this to social media? There is only 1 reason this isn't on social media yet.

The most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. They will give you an estimate and not honor the estimate. I would be very cautious the invoice you will receive will not match your estimate. We even removed work and the estimate increased. Tried having a conversation with John Folta to ask why and also how many workers were onsite and for how many hours. Because I’m being charged hourly per the person. John said they do not divulge that information. They charge you by the hour and per a person but refuse to tell you how many hours or people. Again call someone else…his sweet Christian demeanor is all a front to rip you off!!!

Terrible. Spots of house completely skipped by cleaning crew. No idea what they did for five hours other than burn time. They also left my doors and garage door unlocked without notifying me they were finished. Complete waste.

We had my Mom's carpets cleaned, and we were very happy with the results! Her carpets were pretty bad, they exceeding our expectations of how they would turn out.

CSI did a deep clean of our first floor this week and did a wonderful job!👍

I recently had them do a move out clean. Upon walking in I immediately noticed base boards that were not done in several rooms. (This was the main thing I asked them to do). Floors looked swept but not mopped. Windows still filthy. I had to spend several hours cleaning after them keeping me up till midnight the night before I moved. Not worth the almost 300 I spent.

We use CSI for monthly cleaning. They cater to our needs and communicate clearly.

We've been using CSI weekly cleaning sefrvice for at least 10 years and are always very pleased with the job they do. We highly recommend them.

Pretty unsatisfied with the 5-hour "deep clean" service we had today. We hired this company to thoroughly clean a house we just purchased so it would be spotless prior to moving in. Upon arrival to our house this afternoon, right off the bat we noticed they left the garage door up with our belongings in plain view. The front door was unlocked as well. The crew was nowhere to be found.

As we looked around to see what had been done, here are just a few things we noticed:
-soap scum in the shower
-hair in the sink/tubs
-microwave not cleaned
-oven not cleaned
-things on kitchen countertops that would have easily been brushed away even if wiped with a dry cloth

We were supposed to be notified prior to the crew leaving and we weren't. I tried to call the office at 4:30 pm and no one answered.

I am very dissatisfied with the level of service. Book this company at your own risk.
