Our water heater flooded our house, and thankfully CSI took care of us! They responded quickly and did a great job. Rick was friendly and knowledgable. We will call them again for any water damage needs!

CSI Cleaning & Restoration did a great job the move in cleaning they did at our new home in Opelika AL. The walls and crown molding were filthy, and CSI made short work of it and all the rest of the kitchen and bathrooms. The carpet cleaning was top notch as well. I tell others about the cleaning service all the time.

My house has a lot of books--done--theyre all dusted. My house is old;they make it look better (cleaning done correctly has that effect). I'm a little bit of a clutterbug--they magically organize the little things like exposed cords, kitchen stuff put where it belongs--what a concept! Tania and Allysa make things I don't even notice cleaner and better. They're also kind and considerate in my home.

Angelica led the two-member team who cleaned my home. It was Angelica's second visit. She does an outstanding job, is professional, friendly, and knows her work. CSI did a restoration for me about a year ago. I was beyond pleased with their work. It's still top-notch!

I have loved working with CSI! We had a pipe burst in our kitchen which sent water into our kitchen, laundry room, living room and dining room. CSI packed us out and moved our furniture back in after our renovations were complete. They sent a cleaning crew to deep clean all of the dust and grit that was stirred up during the renovation process. The ladies that they sent were fabulous!!! They were quick but efficient, and my house looked and smelled amazing. Thank you CSI!!

We recently had water damage to the lower floor of our two story home. CSI was recommended to me so we enlisted their help and assistance. John Folta and Alana Strange showed up quickly and assessed the job. They got started quickly and kept me updated al along the way. My wife and I lived in the home during the cleaning and restoration process. The CSI staff kept me informed during the process and took the extra time to keep our home clean and livable throughout the restoration! Alana was my contact for the pack-out and moving back in following the cleaning and restoration. She was very knowledgeable and had a great personality!

John got me in touch with Clifford Standridge and he took care of the construction part of the restoration process. Clifford and his crew are very skilled and talented! They did an excellent job on replacing our floors, sheetrock repairs, and some painting that was needed. We are extremely happy with their work and the results!!

Jessica and Alyssa did a great job on our house cleaning today! We’ve been using the CSI team for a few months now. They’re always punctual and thorough and make sure we’re satisfied before they leave.

BEWARE. I recently had a horrible experience with this company. I had contracted them to clean very specific parts of a rental I own but when then tenants showed up for move in, the unit was not clean. Only one item we had agreed to was actually clean. I then had to go to the townhouse and clean for 2 hours myself so my tenets could move in. The floors were not swept or mopped, appliances and cabinets not wiped down as agreed. Fans and window sills filthy, even though we discussed doing this in advance and it is outlined on the invoice. I even sent them pictures. What's worse is that even after I contacted them, they never called me back and still charged my card! I have disputed this with my credit card company, but what a hassle. Save yourself the trouble and get a company that will do what is right when they make a mistake. The pictures below are just a small sampling of what it looked like "after" the cleaning!

I've been using CSI for several years now at my home every four weeks. They are always on-time and do a thorough job for me.

Very happy with entire experience...from initial call, to estimate visit, to final produ t. Knowledgeable experts that perform good work. We had our tile grout worked, and carpets cleaned...couldn't believe the results. Spots in the carpet that we had steam cleaned multiple times came out. The grout...couldn't believe what color it actually was. We'll refer them to anyone that asks.

CSI has been amazing and done a great job. I have them coming every 2 weeks and it has been a huge help with 3 kids. Our house is so clean every time they come and they are the nicest people.

From start to stop my experience with CSI was outstanding. Peter’s attention to detail and always communicating where we were with our project was excellent. Peter coordinated the move out of everything in our office, refurbishing all of our wood floors, cleaning our office to perfection and putting everything back exactly where it was originally. I am more than happy with CSI and highly recommend them!
