We use this company for all of our pressure washing needs around town and they are great! Richard offers great customer service and is extremely responsive and pleasant to work with. We have had situations where we needed pressure washing that day or the next day and he made it happen for us. Richard's work is A+ and we have never had any issues whatsoever. I highly recommend using him for projects both big and small; He can handle anything!

This is at least my third time using Richard. He is fantastic and his work is second to none. I’ve used him before on my home and this time I used him for a commercial project. We discussed what I wanted and Richard did more than I asked and only charged me the agreed amount. He cares about his work and I will continue to use him for all my residential and commercial work. I was not in town when he did the project but I knew there was no worry. When I got back in town the project was perfect as expected. Very good company and do very good work. Highly recommend.

Richard and his crew pressure washed our entire property and it looks like new. The house, the concrete, the pathways, the pool decks, sidewalks, outdoor furniture and fire pit area came perfectly clean. Richard pays attention to details and makes sure everything is done properly. The property is huge and the job was over $1000, but the price was extremely fair for the hard amount of work put in. He is great with communication and even cleaned a few extra things I didn’t notice. I would highly recommend Richard to anyone needing anything cleaned or pressure washed. Richard and his helpers did a really great job on our house, sidewalks, driveway and back deck. Everything was brilliantly clean when they were finished; we were very impressed. They also went the extra mile, to clean our deck furniture, which we had not asked them to do. They are trustworthy and excellent!

I called Richard at I Need Pressure Washing after a good friend highly recommended his company. He found him on Angie's List and could not sing his praises enough. After confirmnig his A+ BBB rating I gave him a call. Richard was very professional from the start and was able to quote an extremely reasonable price over the phone. After speaking with him I was confident he was the man for the job. I live on Smith Lake and mildew, webs, dirt and algae are a constant problem. Richard was 15 minutes early and got right to the job. He also gave me a great price on my driveway and patio. When the job was completed, Richard knocked on the door and asked me to walk the property to insure my complete satisfaction. To say I was satisfied would be a great understatement. I was absolutely amazed how great my home, driveway and patio looked. I never knew the original color of my concrete was so white. The house looks as if it has just been repainted. The bugs and webs are gone and the windows are dust free and shining. I am still blown away every night when I pull up to the house at how great everything looks. Use this company and don't look back.

I’m new to the area so googled for power washers and “I Need Pressure Washing” was 1st to pop up made a call on Saturday got an answer immediately that someone would be in touch.. within 10 min Richard responded and said he was out of town but if ok would call me Monday..He pulled up our address looked at the areas I wanted done and quoted me a great price . They came the following week and did an excellent job on our sidewalks, driveway, patio, pool area and fence area that is seen by the street. When then arrived he introduced himself and his workers, they were very thorough in all they did and asked for our approval when they completed. I would definitely recommend them and will definitely use them again!

Richard and his crew are the real deal. My job was completed in June 2019. Immediately upon inquiry, I spoke to Richard and could tell that he knew what he was talking about and was legit. He came out almost immediately and gave a very honest and detailed estimate and made some very helpful suggestions. They pressure washed both driveways, some areas of the house, back patio and everything else that needed it. Here is the reason they have my highest and best recommendation - I needed Richard to clean some streaking off the gutters - he was very honest and told me what he thought he could do and told me that it might not work. In the end, it worked perfectly and the gutters are almost good as new. Also, the crew came back a 2nd day and I could tell that maybe the job was larger than first anticipated so I asked Richard to bill me more and he wouldn’t do it - he stood by his estimate and that means a lot. I ended up adding some money to what I paid because he is the kind of business owner that goes above and beyond to satisfy and is a man of his word. Richard and his crew did a terrific job. Great communication, fair price, and excellent work. They cleaned my pool deck, wood decks and pergola, and driveway, and it all looks fantastic. This is their third year cleaning for us and they have always done a great job.

Richard arrive to my home as scheduled, with very professional equipment. We walked around my home together and he got to work. He throughly cleaned the algae and dirt from my house, cleaned the brick around my foundation, and restored the beauty of my 100 year old home.

Richard did a wonderful job on my house. I was in the process of selling when he pressure washed my home and the surrounding concrete. It looked so bright and clean it appeared as though a spotlight was on it when you drove into my neighborhood. My house sold very quickly.
