Richard and his guys are fantastic. I’ve used them exclusively for years and am still surprised every time at how thorough they are and how much pride they take in their work. One time a few years ago I booked somebody through Groupon trying to save a few bucks. I was so disappointed in the result and in the fine print BS I had to deal with that I went back to Richard and haven’t looked elsewhere since. It is so rare these days to find a company that delivers what they promise, but Richard does that and then some.

Richard and his team went above and beyond what the original job was supposed to be. I got great value for my money. I would not recommend anyone else. Let Richard and his teammates take care of you and you will be thoroughly impressed and satisfied. Oh and my driveway and sidewalk and even the pavers in my yard have never looked better! This company rocks… thanks Richard!

Richard did a fantastic job on my townhome. His secretary was very courteous and set us up with an appointment within four days. They were on time and now my townhome looks like it has just been painted. They even cleaned some stone in the front and the front curb at no charge. The price was very reasonable. We live on a lake with a wooded lot. Our house was green with mildew and looked so bad. “I need Pressure Washing” came today and pressure washed our driveway, sidewalk, front porch, back deck, steps, and the entire house, including the side that is three stories high. It looks brand new and looks like we just painted. It smells so clean. We are so impressed! Highly recommend and will definitely use again!

I need pressure washing did an amazing job on our home, sidewalks and driveway. They look like they had just been poured and our house look like it was freshly painted.
