Reviews of local pros in Pelham, Alabama

John and his guys are extremely professional and easy to work with! They always show up when they say they are and are great with communication. Making payments is easy and we love enjoying our outdoors with out mosquitos!

Steel City Pest Control has been great to work with in every interaction across mosquito spraying and home pest control. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful customer service and very knowledgeable. Did not try to sell services not needed and recommended even suggested items he does not sell to help my mosquito problem! Highly recommend, don't wait call today.

John is thorough when it comes to protecting your home from unwanted insects and bugs. They pay attention to details around your house and the upcoming weather that could affect the treatment. After only one treatment we noticed a difference and haven’t seen anything but a few dead bugs. Mosquito treatments have also been great and dramatically decreased their presence. Glad to have a service we can count on.

John & his crew are absolutely the best!! Not only is their product safe &!effective but John & his staff are top notch. They are highly communicative & efficient. Mosquito control has literally changed our lives!

Thanks to the Steel City Mosquito crew for prompt and professional services. They will look up your yard online prior to spraying. This gives them a better idea of trouble areas and boundaries. I don't know of any other Mosquito or pest company going to that level of service. I look forward to a summer without mosquitoes!

We are so thankful we found Steel City Mosquito & Pest Control! Prior to their services, we could not sit outside and enjoy one minute of our pool because of mosquitos. We have not seen one since they started treating our home. They are responsive to all questions and respectful of our fur babies when they come to spray. Highly recommend their services!

John & Jensen so far have been great. They always arrive on time and are very professional. We were home on their last visit and saw how extremely thorough our service was to the yard, hitting all the areas that were previously ignored by other services we had hired. I would highly recommend them!

We love Steel City Mosquito! They are quick to respond, understanding, and always making sure we get the best possible service. Plus, after the first treatment, the mosquitos were gone instantly and stayed that way. We’ll never go without it again!

Switched pest and mosquito service to Steel City Mosquito after hearing great things about them! Just started service and so far has been wonderful. John and his crew are prompt, responsive and friendly! Hoping for a mosquito free summer!!

Steel City is the best company we've hired for ANY service in Alabama! The customer service is EXCELLENT and they are thorough, professional, responsive, and the pricing is excellent.
I really can't recommend them highly enough!

I feel that the mosquito extermination spraying that Steel City did for me really helped this year. I really liked the way they handle their service. They send a message the day before and then about 20 minutes before they arrive at your house the next day. This gives you time to let your dog out and know that you can not go outside for about an hour after they spray!

The best mosquito exterminator! We have NONE! Thank you, Steel City Pest Control!

We’ve been using Steel City pest control for the past couple of years and couldn’t be happier. Their mosquito service is the best one we’ve used! Look no further for dependable service and excellent communication and customer service!

I reached out to John after getting a letter introducing his new company and decided to give him a try. He’s been great to work with since day 1.
Competitive pricing, effective mosquito management and superior communication are the reasons I’ve recommended him to friends and family and will continue to do so. If you’re looking for a new provider or wanting to shop your current one, I encourage you to call Steel City.

We are so pleased with Steel City Pest Control! They are professional, punctual and do the most thorough job. We enjoy our bug free home!!!

Jonathan Rizzo is THA man! He is always so thorough and precise with his inspections! Super happy with the service and results of just 2 treatments! Steel City will always be my go to on pest control! They hire great and concerned employees and that is so hard to find! They WILL not let you down!

Steel City Pest Control is a fantastic company. They thoroughly cover all our pest control needs and are kind and friendly.

We couldn’t be happier with their high values t and intentional customer service.

I’ve used other mosquito/pest control companies in the past and no service came close to the amazing experience we have had with Steel City. John the owner is so responsive, a problem solver and dedicated to his customers! I have really appreciated the customer service and of course bug control! Being outside and not getting eaten up is important to my family and Steel City allows us to do that. Thanks so much to John and Craig and the entire team!

We have used John and Steel City for several years now and have been pleased by their service and attention to detail. We have only had to have a respray twice in 3-4 years and John had someone out the next day. My wife gets eaten by mosquitoes but since we started working with Steel City, that has been a thing of the past. It is wonderful to be able to enjoy our outdoor spaces without being swarmed. Do yourself and your family a favor and call Steel City!

To John we are not just another client. He cares about his quality of work and is very professional. His prices are competitive and affordable. I will be utilizing Steel City Mosquito for all of my extermination needs. They're GREAT!! Thanks guys!
