Called for 3 days and sent text messages like recording said too. They did call back on a Sunday which I missed the call but didn't leave a message nor would respond 45 minutes later. 5 calls and several text messages with nothing back.....horrible service!!!

Derek is the best carpet cleaner I have ever used and I've moved 18 times in my life. He has cleaned my carpets for me three times in two different homes now and about to do it again in another one. I would never use anyone else in this area, hands down. He gave life to carpets that had none. My husband and I call him "The Magic Man" and we don't know how he does it. Just now he got mysterious red stains out an apartment we are moving into that we're driving me crazy! He is polite and always on time. Works very hard the entire time he is here and works fast!

We have used his standard carpet cleaning as well as the Rotovac service. Both are exceptional, I am partial to the Rotovac but he will not upsell you on something you do not need. He is an honest businessman and will give you what you need.
His services are a great deal! Book with him, you will not be disappointed in any way.

I’ve used SME numerous times. Derek is professional and does an amazing job cleaning our carpets. He’s a magician at getting out red stains , which we get often between wine and red juice spills. You won’t be disappointed with his service.

SME Carpet & Upholstery was a great experience! They are very quick to respond and answer questions.
