Thanks Derek at SME Carpet Cleaners for saving my couches! I thought I would have to burn my couches with as many times as my cat has peed on them but thought I would give SME Carpet Cleaners a try before I did anything drastic. My couches officially don't smell like cat urine and I saved a ton of money by not having to buy all new furniture! Derek was so professional and kind. SME is definitely the go to business for your cleaning needs. They were able to eliminate all the stains and the carpets are back to looking like they are brand new. Very reasonable price, an outstanding service, and best of all Veteran owned and operated, gets no better then that. I highly recommend them and will using them again.

Derek did a phenomenal job, he even upgraded his service for us on his dime because we were military. Our carpet was really bad because the previous owners had had dogs that had peed all over it with stains every few inches, but Derek made it look brand new with a clean scent. Highly recommend Derek, and looking forward to booking him again next week for a sofa cleaning.

Hired SME to clean my couch in preparation for an upcoming overseas move. With active toddler stains, Derek restored the upholstery to showroom ready! By far, one of the best carpet cleaning companies there is. They answer the phone at all times of the day and you can hear her smiling on the other end of the line. The staff is always on-time, professional and pleasant to be around. Their cleaning and eye for detail is outstanding and their pricing and service is far better than the national brands. I welcome them into my house monthly thanks to a puppy who refuses to potty train.

Alfonzo is very professional and answered my call immediately. He shampooed my dad's carpets and area rugs in his bedroom and den. He removed stains that had been there for years! When I need my carpets, tile floors, upholstery, etc. cleaned I know who to call.
