House is cleaned weekly by Molly Maid, if you have any problems or issues, they are quickly addressed. Ladies are always very responsive to any critiques or requests.

The girls are so nice and thorough. Super efficient and do anything you ask.

I was quoted 2-2.5 hours at 75 per hour, so i expected less then $200. When I was looked on my credit card statment they billed me $330. This was not what I was quoted. The people are friendly but don't do that great of a job. I had to go back over many things because they "missed" them. If I would have known this I would have not used them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Horrible, Spent a week and a half describing a move out clean and then the day of they can't do it. Don't put on your site that you do move outs or be more specific about the type of move outs or get your lazy selves up and come physically look at to say you can or can't.

Our wonderful cleaning team always go above and beyond what is required and leave our home absolutely spotless. They are courteous, friendly, and very professional. I highly recommend Molly Maid!

The ladies that come in once a month for us to clean are fabulous, always smiling and pleasant. They always ask if there is something that needs to be done better and are hard working from the moment they walk through the doors. Hired Molly Maid to clean my apartment for a moveout. My apartment had to go back and charge me a cleaning fee because they didn’t clean.

My mother left a message for them letting them know and they were supposed to contact the people that cleaned. That’s fine, that’s understanding. But it has now been over two weeks and we haven’t heard anything from them.

Don’t hire Molly Maid. They’re a joke. You’ll end up having to repay for a clean.

The bathroom still had my cats food in it that they didn’t sweep. Which means they didn’t mop. Which means they didn’t do ANYTHING as promised.

Our team showed up on time and was very friendly. We had just moved into our home, and it just needed a once over to get rid of the previous owner’s dog hair, dust, etc. They even mentioned before starting that the house was already pretty clean, and definitely wouldn’t need more than two and a half hours. After two hours, there were still clumps of dog hair, the built-ins hadn’t been touched, the oven wasn’t cleaned at all(despite me spraying it with Easy Off the night before per their instructions), the freezer floor hadn’t been wiped down, and there were still bits of food from the previous owner on the counter. After calling them, they were prompt in responding and sending someone else out. However, they sent one of the two original maids. After this second cleaning, the oven and counter top had been cleaned, but there was still grime on the floor and the built-ins are still dusty.

Look elsewhere for a better price and service. The maids’ manager explicitly states what they will clean in the house; after giving the team two hours in a 2 bed 2 bath house we returned to the exact same house. Nothing cleaner than when we left. They did not vacuum, did not mop, didn’t even wipe down the counters or touch the refrigerator or oven. I honestly struggled to find something they did clean. Window sills were still dirty, dog hair still on hard wood floors from the previous owner, cob webs in corners... it was an absolute throw away of $200.

The team did a great job. They showed up a little late, but I don't fault them because I live on Post and I know how time-consuming it can be to get on. A team of 2 costs $75 per hour, and it took 2 hours to do a deep clean of my 3br/2ba house. They were both very pleasant and kind to interact with; would recommend and will use again.

They were very professional, did not hear them at all while cleaning. Left a Sweet aroma of cleanliness. They were very polite and wanted me to look things over. Fantastic job.
