Phenix City 30psi waterpressure is a joke. This company gave me what I needed for clean clothes and dishes. They are always available to answer any questions before, during, and after service. The service, professionalism, and knowledge keeps this company in my contact list for plumbing concerns. Seth and Cody are great!

Seth came out to change the filter on my whole house water filter. He was on time and so friendly and efficient, it was a pleasure to have him do the job. I’ll definitely call Ben Franklin again when I need a plumber.

We had water leaking from our ceiling and Seth came on a Friday evening and took the time to explain what was wrong and help us. He was very professional and went above and beyond what was expected.

This is the second time we have called Benjamin Franklin to replace our water heater. Once again our technician, Kenneth, was professional and informed us of our options. They came the next day as promised, cleaned up and hauled our old heater away. At our age this is so worth what we spent. We highly recommend!

I love Ben Franklin Plumbing! We go to them for everything we need related to plumbing services. It is true that they can be pricey with some services but the warranties they provide make up for that. After you become their customer, they are always willing to assist on the fly. Also they are so understanding regarding finances, they will do anything they can to help and those options never result in a reduction of quality service. Also they are very kind and I have never felt uncomfortable with them in my home like I have with other companies in town. As a female, this is such an important quality. They do excellent work and I am always confident in their knowledge. They do not upsell, give me the run around, or take advantage of my lack of expertise. I completely recommend!!

Service men were polite and thorough in the removal of our hot water heater and the installation of a new hot water heater. Service included the removal of debris and checking attic to make sure everything was vented correctly. These men worked overtime on a Friday night without any complaints. Strongly recommend!

I called Ben Franklin Plumbing due to a water leak in pipes/valve and water was everywhere! The receptionist was great and was able to get me on the schedule right away. My technician was Seth and he was fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable, explained the situation and solution, quoted me (what I thought was a reasonable price under the circumstances) and fixed it quickly. I called to have a dripping shower fixed and they sent someone out to fix it. Jason and Juan were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were not able to repair the shower with a new cartridge but had to cut into the wall and replace the shower valve. It was expensive but I feel they did a very good job and they did it for the estimate I agreed to. They also said if I had any problems with the repair to call them and they would be back to fix it. Thank you very much.

You all quoted over 3,000.00 lowest route 1250 .00 I called Mr. Cesar Torres who has an entire team who will remodel ,build,landscape, electrical, plumbing they have people for everything...and they repaired the issue showed me the problem, and charged 305.00 you all did so many jobs for me and the jobs were always extremely costly always. Although you fixed a lot of what was wrong without having to always come back you're the same company that recommended that horrible company serclean who wrecked destroyed my restroom , they charged 10 ,000 and they're the ones who wrecked messed up everything worse. I understand business but the prices are ridiculous.

Sorry to hear Seth's no longer with you all. After the job is completed on Wednesday it'll be my last one with the company. Prices are even pricier than before ,and although the works great I've found someone more reasonable but highly recommended also so thanks for your service.

Seth is one of the best plumber that has come to my home and fixed the problems that we had. Started in Nov 2021 a under slab leak that ended up more than one leak throughout the pipes under the house. Seth replumbed the house with less mess and interruption then other companies stated needed. He also looked out for our needs to stay in the house throughout the repairs. Seth made it possible to use different areas ei: Bathrooms and/or Kitchen during the repairs without making the repairs take longer. All repairs was completed timely, in less than a week.
