Liam and Brad did a fantastic job taking care of our chimney sweep and replacing the wood stove flue. They arrived right when they said they would, finished the work quickly and with great care, and even handled a few extra little things they noticed along the way. Everything was left neat and clean, and they took the time to explain what was needed in simple terms. I really appreciate the great service and would definitely call on them again!

As homeowners, it's easy to overlook some maintenance tasks. I waited too long to get my chimney cleaned, but when Damian came out to sweep my chimney, he did a fantastic job. He showed me before and after pictures, and the difference was clear! Damian also noticed that the chimney crown needed replacing—something I never would have known since I don't spend time on the roof. He took care of that, too. I had a really good experience with this chimney sweep company. I chose them after hearing that a family member was happy with their work. What stood out was how knowledgeable they were about chimneys, and they offered lots of different services at fair prices—something I didn’t find with other companies nearby. When I called about my chimney, they were quick to respond and actually asked if they could arrive earlier than our scheduled time, which was great. Gary, the technician who came out, was friendly and explained everything he was doing. There was one small thing with the smoke chamber cement that was missed at first, but as soon as I pointed it out, Gary took care of it right away without any hassle. I also liked that they stand by their inspection work, promising to fix anything if there’s an issue with the inspection (although mine went smoothly). The whole process, from planning to cleaning up afterward, was handled professionally. I’d definitely recommend them if you need reliable chimney sweeping or inspection in the area, and I’ll be using their services again.

Platinum Chimney Cleaning did excellent work sweeping both of my fireplaces and giving me helpful advice about their upkeep. They also made a brand new chimney cap to replace the old rusty one. During the installation, Gary noticed a shingle was missing and fixed it right away using metal flashing. When I mentioned I was looking for a fireplace insert, he provided the perfect measurements to help me out. The service was thorough and friendly, and I really appreciate their attention to detail.

We are so grateful for the excellent chimney sweep service we received from Platinum Chimney Cleaning. Damian and his team were incredibly honest and dependable—qualities that aren’t always easy to find these days. After a wood stove insert was installed by a different business and didn’t work right, Damian came out to inspect our fireplace and gave us clear, trustworthy advice. He even went the extra mile by reaching out to the installer on our behalf, trying to help us fix the situation. We plan to have Damian return for more chimney cleaning and removal work in the future, and we recommend this crew to everyone we know! It’s rare to find a company as straightforward and reliable as this.
