Platinum Chimney Cleaning

I had my chimney and fireplace cleaned, and the service was better than any other chimney sweep I’ve tried before. Gary took his time vacuuming the firebox, bricks, and even the catalytic combustor. He was very careful to keep the area tidy and made sure no soot got anywhere. The price was fair and the value was great. I highly recommend this chimney sweep service!

Updating my previous feedback. Liam and Damian came back to maintain the chimney they'd previously done an excellent job repairing. They are wonderful individuals! Liam is exceptionally friendly and engaging. It's clear he thoroughly enjoys his work as a chimney sweep! (he also took care of the gutter and dryer vent, both tasks he completed while at my place). I almost wish I required their services more frequently, as it's a pleasure having them around. They're detailed, professional, and always have a positive attitude! My dog is already missing Liam! In the initial review, Nicholas and his team went the extra mile! They tackled a complex chimney repair in an aged home. When they encountered architectural challenges and couldn't complete the job on the planned day, Nicholas came out on his day off and finished the work. He thoroughly explained everything, even providing photos. It's clear that the team at Platinum Chimney Cleaning genuinely cares about their clients.

really great 5 star service. liam figured out the issue with my chimney and took care of it, plus he did a thorough sweep and maintenance on the whole fireplace. he explained how everything works and left my living room cleaner than before he started. highly recommend for anyone needing a chimney sweep in this area!
