I stumbled on a gem! Being new to the area, searched online to find a lawn care provider! Had filled out a couple of online estimate requests and did not hear back from any of them! One Saturday, I was searching again and filled out one for Keymow. Within the afternoon, I heard from Jackie and by the end of the weekend, from Roy to assess what I needed and make plans to meet for estimates for lawn care and plant bed re-do. They are prompt, professional, and great communicators! The work they do is awesome and I am very pleased with the new plantings and mulch they provided for bedding project!

KeyMow did an excellent job with our lawn. They were always very professional and responded quickly to our email. We only stopped using the service because we had to move from the area, but we would definitely use them again if we moved back.

Office representative seems nice, but they never showed up for service. Don't know if they are just slammed or just forgot but was poor customer service. They could have at least reached out to let me know that service would be delayed.

Office called back said they never called after an email mix-up to schedule a appointment for me so I attached the call history. Being called a liar when they themselves are is magical.

Roy called me afterwards and apologized, he seems like a good fella that cares about his business. If you schedule with this company be sure to have confirmation of your appointment my email. Don't trust the phone representative.
