Scapes Management just completed a 10-zone sprinkler system for me. I am overwhelmed with the final result! From beginning to end of this project the professionalism and customer service is unmatched. “You get what you pay for”!!!!! You will not be disappointed.

We recently used Scapes to replace our flower beds, re-sod our lawn and improve some drainage issues. They did an amazing job. They paid attention to our concerns and came up with a great plan. The outcome is beautiful. We are so pleased. Also they have been available for follow-up questions. Highly recommend.

Rick and his team installed a patio and fire pit for us. We were extremely satisfied with the communication throughout the entire process and the quality of job they performed. Price was fair relative to other quotes and their customer service/responsiveness far exceeded some of the others. As the VP of our HOA Board, I oversaw Scapes Mgt's installation of a drainage system on one of our common areas. To say I was impressed would be a serious understatement. The crew was totally dedicated and professional, clearly committed to the finest detail, quality, and customer satisfaction. We had an unexpected problem come up in the middle of the project and Rick Bonds and his crew stepped up to the plate and solved it at an additional charge I know was far less than their costs. Rick's motto is that when they're done, they don't want anyone to even know they've been there! Mission accomplished. Rick's wife, Karen, brought lunch to the crew which really impressed me. As a retired Air Force officer, I thought this only happened in the military! I was not surprised to subsequently learn Rick is a medically retired veteran! I should have known! Watching Rick and his crew in action convinced my wife and I that they were the ones we wanted for some long overdue personal projects. The first has been completed with the quality we expected, and we have no reason to believe the remaining 4-5 projects, which we have already committed to, will be any different. And I must state the the cost of each project is far less than all previous quotes we have ever had, which is why we have procrastinated on several projects. There is no doubt that from this day forward if we have landscaping problems, Scapes Management will be the first call we make. And I'm confidant it will be the only call we make!! Rick and his crew were thorough and professional from estimate to clean-up. Kept us in the loop for expectation-management purposes (was going to come a week later than originally planned due to inclement weather but let us know well in advance). Treated our property like his own and didn’t try to upsell the estimate with additional, unnecessary services. Answered all the questions we had about the project he was doing for us as well as additional questions about keeping standing water out of our yard. 5+ stars!

Rick Bonds and his crew installed a lawn sprinkler system PLUS cleared out our old flower beds in the front of the house, expanded the area and planted a beautiful, low maintenance assortment of lowers and shrubs. Each job was done in a single day. My wife and I are more than just pleased... the results are perfect. The lines where the sprinkler system was laid are already filling back in, and this will be the year of a stress free lawn. I would strongly recommend Scapes Management !!!

Although this company only has 34 reviews at the time I'm writing this, this comany is BUSY. They were booking out months when they came to our house. For them to have five star reviews and doing that much work tells you that there are a lot of satisfied customers because usually people only take time to review when they have negative experiences. Now, to tell you about our experience. They did both our French drain for our backyard which had major drainage problems (taking days to dry out) and our hardscaping for our patio over a year ago. Both were done BEFORE the proposed time. Rick answered our calls, showed up when he said they were going to, was very professional and gave us realistic expectations regarding what the French drain would do for our yard, and which route we should go saving us money! The French drain has been a game changer for our backyard and has met all of our expectations. Our patio was done to our exact specifications and looks beautiful.

A++++ would 100% use again.

For years we have had a very bad flooding issue in our backyard. During hard rainfall our house would flood. For many years I manned sub-pumps in rainstorms regardless of what hour of night or day.

Rick from Scapes Management came out and discussed a solution. When the install day arrived, he and his team came out. They were very efficient and created a very functional drainage area complete with a walkway of stone. Rick took the time during the project to show me each part they were working on, explaining the steps.

They completed the drainage area and since then the problem has been resolved. I would highly recommend them!

Rick and his team did an absolutely incredible job and they were very professional!!
He replaced our concrete curbing and pine straw and installed gorgeous block pavers, mulch and a few plants. I can definitely say the 4 month wait was WELL worth it....I could not have been happier with the end results. Rick and his crew did a complete landscape renewal on our recently purchased 20 yr. old home. We were having drainage issues with our driveway, sometimes flooding our garage. Rick responded promptly and was very friendly, detailed, and knowledgeable. Rick provided several options to fix our problem. When Rick and his crew arrived, they were very professional and expeditious. We are very pleased with the extensive work done by ScapesManagement. We had a front sidewalk lined with a holly hedge that was probably 40 years old –It had huge roots and unfortunately was dying. In fact, our front yard landscape had served us well but had become too large. ScapesManagement quickly assessed the problems, offered suggestions, and we were able to set up a date to replace everything. We couldn’t believe that they could take everything out in just one day and then replant the next day. They did!! Not only was it all completed, but the clean-up job also paid attention to every detail and left us with beautiful landscaping that has neighbors stopping and ringing our doorbell to comment on how great everything looks. Needless to say, we are very pleased with the work done by ScapesManagement and look forward to our next project.

Rick and his team are awesome professionals! We had extensive work done to level our back yard to make it more usable, including putting in a retaining wall, grading it to a smooth slope, putting in sprinklers and topping with sod. Our initial discussions were very productive, and Rick had plenty of good suggestions to get to the goals we wanted, given the terrain involved. There's a reason they have a long list of work orders at any given time! While we waited, they were proactive in communicating how weather and other factors might affect our projected start date.
