This company is awesome! Tim and his crew(s) have done work at my office and personal residence. They are honest, reasonably priced, and know what they're doing! I highly recommend them for tree removal and cleanup cleanup.

We had a simple and easy time scheduling this week and the work was great. They were prompt. Tree removal was quick and they cleaned up any debris afterwards.
Highly recommend.

Have used this tree service several times. Everything from removing a widow maker, to removing large trees. Always professional, show up when they say they will, and complete the job quickly for the price they quoted. If you need tree service, call these guys.

Tim and his crew really impressed me today with their skills. They took down an old pecan tree while I watched. The fence which was less than 3 ft away was never touched! Tim is such a friendly guy and sincerely wants to give a great price for quality work! He doesn’t work his crew on weekends so they all have time for family and worship. As the owner of a large yard with many longleaf pines and live oaks, I have used many tree services in the past. Hug 'em and Cut 'em Tree Service is by far the best I've ever used. Tim and his highly experienced crew cut down three large pines, trimmed another, cleaned up all the debris, and ground the stumps all and about an hour and a half. I won't hesitate to call them when I need tree service again.

We are so happy with this crew’s performance! We had a huge tree in a difficult to get to space and they took it down with no problem. We also appreciated that they did an excellent clean up afterwards. We are happy to recommend Tim and his crew!!

All I have to say is WOW! We had a very dead tree dangerously close to our house that the builder would not remove. After we closed on the house, we called Hug ‘Em and Cut ‘Em and they came out the very same day to give us a quote. The price was so reasonable and they had it done the next day. You can’t ask for more responsive work than that! Tim was very polite and great at communicating. Highly recommend them!

A reasonably priced company with actual knowledge about trees. It is evident this young man is passionate about his work and about trees. He is no nonsense but takes the time to explain the reasoning behind his recommendations and he can back it up with education and experience. He cares about what his client wants. He had to take down a 60 yr old live oak tree that was rotten in the middle although it looked fairly healthy to a novice. Lucky to get it down before a storm caused damage to the house. The site was left cleaner than he found it. No question, I will use him in the future. Good job, Tim!

Tim Pouncey came out on a Monday, last week, and looked at the three trees I needed removed. He gave me a very reasonable price on the spot to cut the trees down and cut them up, we were very clear on what would be done. I asked when he could do it, and he agreed to the next morning. He showed up early with excellent equipment and cut the trees down quickly. He and his crew know exactly what they are doing, they are fast and efficient and careful both to stay safe and taking care of my property. Tim used wedges to fell an extremely crooked 70 foot pine uphill and laid it exactly where he wanted it, I saw him do a couple things I never saw anyone else do - I have cut a few trees myself. I would recommend this service to anyone.

This crew works very efficiently, and communicates well. I had hired Tim to trim two oaks, but hurricane Sally came along before he could get it done. I called him asking him to remove 3 large oak trees off my roof. He said he would have them off my roof by 7pm Sunday. It was a big job, but at 6:45pm, they were leaving. I recommend these guys!

Tim and crew are the best. Very prompt response, showed up when promised, quoted a very fair price for the task at hand and did a great job on the work. They removed three very large root balls and took care of a very large limb that was about to fall on a storage building. Tim took the time to explain what and how they were going to do things. He also spent some time pointing out some future needs and prioritizing what needed attention sooner than later and why things should be done in that order - it all made sense. When you deal with Tim you are getting the services of a Certified Arborist and that is very important. If you need anything related to tree services in Baldwin County you should at the very least talk to Tim, he will shoot straight with you and it would be very hard to beat anything he has to offer.

We highly recommend this company. From getting an estimate and the day of scheduling they were on time. Which is rare. I appreciated that. The crew was highly professional from start to finish. Very pleased with the finished work. Done for a fair price. They removed two very large oak trees from our yard. They did a great job cleaning the debris up. Would use again if needed.

Tim did a great job removing a pecan tree from my yard. His prices were reasonable, they did the job in a timely manner and cleaned up after the job was complete. I asked for a certificate of insurance and it was provided to me quickly. I would recommend Tim and his crew to my friends and family.

Tim was great in getting a pine tree taken down timely from my yard on the first fairway of Quail Creek Golf Course that was struck by lightening. Very professional. He even communicated with the golf pro to coordinate the removal since he needed to access the golf course. The rates were very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company. I will definitely call them again when I need this type of service!!

So Tim came and gave me a quote and followed up with me regularly until he did the work. The timeframe was only at a week between quote and service. Tim and his crew did a fantastic job on our property. Everything that he promised was delivered. Clean up was great also. I will use Tim and his company for other services in the future. I am one extremely pleased customer and look forward to hiring him again.

We were so impressed with this company, We will definitely hire them again if we need Trees removed. It was so nice to have people who showed up when they said they would, and do such a good job. I wish all companies would follow suit. Also, the quote from another company was considerably higher. His prices were very reasonable, and he was quick to answer when we called.Tim made sure that all gas, phone, and other lines were at a safe distance away. We actually never even thought about that, and one tree was really close to the gas line. Tim carefully removed the stump avoiding the gas line, and avoided what could’ve been a disaster. I don’t normally leave reviews but this company deserved one. I highly recommend them.

We had several trees that desperately needed trimming, as well as two or three trees that needed to be removed entirely. The service came highly recommended by friends and coworkers, and when I reached out to them, they responded quickly and were able to show up and provide a quote the same day. On the day of the service they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs similar services in the central Baldwin County area, and I will definitely use them in the future.

Tim, his wife and crew are all an AWESOME team. They have very fair prices. They are very polite,professional, hard working that get the job done carefully and efficiently. This company cannot not be describe either just one word. They prompt in getting back with you. They were very polite. Tim and his crew came prepared with the man (woman) power and the equipment to get the job done. When they left the job was done, just what was agree upon between you and them and your yard was left with any damages. My husband and I were please with Tim and his crew. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a honest, professional, delightful group of people who came completely prepared to get the job done.

Tim and his crew removed two pecan trees and a very large oak tree from my yard. My goal was to get them removed before our prime hurricane season (August/September). I am so happy now that these trees are gone. Tim is responsive. He originally told me it would be three weeks before he could get to my yard (weather permitting). He was able to complete the job 24 hours later. Tim and his crew got everything done quickly, no damage, and cleaned up their mess. There needs to be more people like Tim out there. It’s hard to find someone that will show up, complete the work, and are honest. Will recommend this company to everyone I know and be using them again. Thank you, Tim!

Tim removed a huge River Birch from my yard & ground the stump. He made sure I had all the power lines marked up front and showed up on time as scheduled. They did the job quickly and left everything clean & perfect. His price was very competitive and I would recommend to anyone looking to have trees removed. Great job!!
