I just had TDI Irrigation install an outdoor faucet that is connected to my sprinkler system meter. David and Rachel did an exceptional job. They are professional in their work; leaving the work site looking as if they had never been there (except for the new faucet). I have a contract with TDI Irrigation to care for my sprinkler system (they check and replace damaged sprinkler heads; they prepare the system for summer and winter, and ensure that the sprinklers are providing good coverage for my lawn and plants). I highly recommend TDI Irrigation and David and Rachel.

Recently, I scheduled an appointment with TDI Irrigation to resolve some issues I was having. Day of the appointment David and Rachel kept me updated via text on their arrival. When they arrived, I briefly went over what needed to be done. I was suffering from a severe case of food poisoning and returned inside and went back to bed. Sometime later I received a text that they had finished and departed. I did not check their handy work until the next day but everything I had requested had been accomplished plus a couple of items, I was not aware of. I appreciate the way that they conducted themselves, their professionalism, and quality of work. You can do a lot worse than allowing David and Rachel to take care of your irrigation needs.

I originally contracted TDI 2/12 years ago and used their services for 18 months. A landscaper recommended a change for no particular reason. Decided to go ahead and after 12 months have hired TDI again. They were more reliable and my lawns and gardens looked much better when they were taking care of the property

David & Rachel were outstanding. Very professional and polite. They did an excellent job of going through my irrigation system, making the necessary adjustments. Just a great overall experience!! Good people!

Was disappointed with the service for 3 years but stayed too long to give them time. It failed.
On his last visit Kevin (transferred to Huntsville) sprayed my yard with ROUND UP after I asked him not to. He complained that he could not find any weeds but he had to use up the canister. I watched him spray the yard and have now contracted with a sod company to replace most of my yard where he sprayed.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!!
There was a change (?) in ownership last year. I don't know the details but I can assure you will not be happy.

I experienced an issue with the grass in my yard. TDI sent David and Rachel to address the issue. David and Rachel did an excellent job of resolving the issue. The work they did was professional and they were friendly when speaking to me about their plans to fix the issue. I highly recommend TDI lawn service.

TDI irrigation is first class. Dave and Rachel began the job right after my estimate. They did a great job installing my soaker and pot spray irrigation. They also buried my runoff hoses and capped them off. Everything looks amazing! I look forward to working with them in the future.
