Was very professional, He quickly found and repaired my sprinkler problem, then made sure everything else was in good order and that the coverages were adequate. Also locate the location of hidden (buried) sprinkler valves. Would definitely use again.

I will never use this company again. They texted me a few weeks ago saying they would treat my lawn the next day. Never showed up. They came out last Friday, no notification, and treated my lawn. I was not home. I have 2 gates to my backyard. One at the driveway, the other on my side yard, that I do not use and thought I had secured it by tying a rope around it, that would deter someone from using it. I have two dogs and that gate is not easy to see if it is open from my house. The TDI technician felt it was too much to walk the 30 seconds to the other gate, so he proceeded to untie a very tight knot, throw the tie to the ground and leave the gate wide open. When I spoke to the Branch Manager, he did not see it as much of a problem as I did. He kept calling it a “mistake”. Who’s “mistake” would it have been if my dogs got out and were hit by a car? I will never use them again, they are untrustworthy. They care more about CYA than what they actually did. Highly unprofessional.

We have been using TDI for over a year now and our yard has been better off for it! The yards in our neighborhood not using TDI are covered with weeds year round. Our lawn stays weed-free and at least twice as healthy thanks to TDI!

The bug service would be better if they included indoor applications quarterly. I believe it is currently an add-on (?) Let’s face it, you cannot eliminate all bugs (especially in lower AL) but TDI is decent in this aspect.

All-in-all, TDI has made our lawn better. If you are looking for healthy, lush green grass, then TDI provides the perfect service for you.
