The AC compressor went out on our unit on Saturday. Called Sunday morning and Alex Moreno came out and advised us we would need a new unit. He was so informative and cared about us. We met with Matt on Monday, discussed our options and made our decision. On Wednesday, our new system was installed. Cheyney and Alex did an awesome job installing and telling us about the system. We are so grateful for Service Air and will continue to use their services.

Made the call to request service and Jase arrived within 20 min. Jase was polite and efficient. I was offered a couple of options for immediate problem as well as some options for services that need to be performed in near future. Never felt pressured or pushed to make any decisions on the spot and appreciated the quotes along with pictures sent to me to go over. Would definitely recommend!

This company is top notch. Greg and Micah could not have been more honest and upfront. They were on time and professional and fixed my problem for less than 1/2 of another company that quoted me. Service Air has been my HVAC company for many years now and they always deliver excellent service in a very prompt manner. The tech, Alex Moreno, that inspected my unit today was the best tech yet!! He was very knowledgeable and explained what was wrong with my system in way that was easy to understand. He was extremely professional and very nice. We were looking to add a mini split to our sunroom. I went through Home Depot to get a quote and they sent out Service Air Eastern Shore. From the very first interaction they had amazing customer service. They were fast, efficient fairly priced. The installers were very nice and did a great job!

Matt was very helpful from the start. He stayed on the phone after hours to set everything up for my installation. Jeremy did a great job on the installation with his crew. They were very fast, respectful and clean. Great company with great employees. I will recommend them to anyone with HVAC problems.

Alex was an amazing tech. He took so much time to troubleshoot what the issue was with my AC and he was so nice. I was very unhappy but he was always kind and let me say what I had to say. He’s been the best part of service air. I’m disappointed with service air and the lack of information they gave me when selling me my unit. I really wish I would have saved my money. I’ve had nothing but trouble with this unit since the very first week it was installed.

Lets be honest - I didn't use Service Air because they gave me the lowest quote of the 7 companies I called for an estimate - I decided to use Service Air for the following two reasons: 1. The salesman (Matt) was Professional, ON TIME, knowledgable, completely honest, relatable and responsive to my calls and questions. 2. The price (although slightly above another (see my last review) and way above the lowest quote that came in, their quote was reasonable and it logically was a good buy for the money spent. Then came the install, The two individuals that showed up were also ON TIME, knowledgable, helpful and quick with install - yet they checked and double checked everything. When they left I felt confident that the new HVAC system was installed properly - AND follow up communication with Matt the salesman reassured me that the HVAC was installed properly with no issues. This was a worry free purchase and installation. I will definitely use Service Air again when it comes time to replace the upstairs HVAC system. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend.
