Alex and his team Greg and Nathan did a phenomenal job replacing our entire AC system all the while dealing with 99 degree temperature. They couldn’t have been more accommodating and professional! Service Air has always done a great job for us. Highly recommend! 👍🏼

Fast, efficient, answered several questions quickly and to my satisfaction! No rushing me, no hassles. Fast communications. I'll update this review when I decide on the type of install I choose, but will be proceeding with Service Air Eastern Shore, Inc. for my Mini-Split install.

Had a planned maintenance Service visit today a year after unit installed. The tech, Nick Scozzafava, was professional, thorough, fast and courteous! Cleaned and inspected my new mini split as planned. Very happy.

James H. Did an amazing job. He was very polite and informative. James took pictures before and after and explained every step. I didn't feel that he was trying to sell me something I didn't need. He was efficient and cleaned up after himself. His work ethic and ability to work with customers is top-notch. Pricing was reasonable and competitive, and my feelings were not hurt at all. I'm nominating James H. for a nice size Christmas bonus.

Service was great. He did a thorough job and also explaining what he was doing and answered questions. Appointment was scheduled for 10 o’clock did not arrive until 12 o’clock. He explained as to what happened. Appointment scheduled before mine took longer than anticipated. Major repair. This is my second time using this company, and I will use them again in the future.

I signed up for a promotion to have my air conditioner serviced. My service tech was Princeton. He was professional and did a great job checking and cleaning our unit. I would highly recommend this company.

Nick was my technician again today for my annual a/c "check up".
He's very knowledgeable, but also patient with me and my many questions.
I trust him completely to be in my home, as well as trusting that he will be honest and not take advantage of me.
The office staff is helpful and friendly.
I didn't have to wait long for an appointment and they always send text reminders of your appointment and when the tech is on the way. They are prompt within their two hour window.

Greg and his associate did a great job at repairing my AC unit. It is working better than it was before. And they did it in a very rapid fashion. I was very pleased with the job. I have asked for him to be my liaison with Service Air for all future visits.
I had a second unit installed today and they were quick, effecient, and friendly. Alex and his crew did a great job.

Chris came to inspect my unit because it was not putting out cool air. Chris was very knowledgeable about the AC Unit. He explained in detail the issue with my AC. Truly appreciate him for taking the time to explain getting unit fixed vs getting new unit.

I recently hired these guys I am very satisfied with their service 2 gentlemen Alex and Chris came to my house went straight to work and completed a c change out on my central unit inside and out within 3 hours I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have A/C work done

Micah was an absolute delight to work with! He was super friendly and professional, but he also knew his stuff about the system. He took the time to explain how my system works, ran a system check, and even helped me adjust my unit’s settings to match my perfect home temperature. He was on time, answered all my questions, and treated my home with respect. From start to finish, I had an amazing customer service experience. The quality of his service and his knowledge were way beyond my expectations.

Double LG Compressors Swaps on my 2019 Carrier Performance Series 3 Ton Units to Copeland Compressors. One was bad and the other had to go just because it was an LG. Service Air techs arrived and provided timely professional service.

Professional and worked very hard, non-stop, until my new compressor and air handler were installed in an expert fashion. The compressor is very quiet. The air handler is pretty good as far as quietness. They know their business pretty well. UPDATE: Be aware that last time I had my unit serviced with regular maintenance, they sent a salesman to pester me with trying to sale me very expensive insulation. Yes, I need it, but I don't need an approximately $9,000 expense.

5! Heck a 10!!!! Chris & his helper were excellent! They were efficient, fast, & informative. You definitely take care of your customers & I'm so thankful! I even asked for a quote for duct cleaning & just wished I realized about service contract before my ac went out last time. Be sure I'll sign up for that now. Glad Chris told me about that.

My experience with this company was very positive, I dealt with Angela, Jase and Heath they were very professional, and friendly. All my questions were answered in a timely manner and had fed back when needed. I am extremely satisfied with all aspects of this company and would not hesitate to use them again and refer them to others. Thank you it was a pleasure.

I have had three companies out to diagnose this unit. It’s only 4 years old! Spent over $1,000 and was prepared to spent another $2800 to replace compressor. I’m so thankful I contacted Service Air. Thank you, Chris!

Service Air takes care of our HVAC units at my place of employment and always does a phenomenal job, so when I had an issue with my own system at home, calling them was the natural choice. So very grateful that I did. I called last night after hours, they have pretty great hours but it's also nice to know they have an answering service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. FIRST thing this morning I got both a text and a phone call asking whether a technician could come by. After confirming, we received a text with a photo of what the company vehicle looks like and also of the technician himself, which I found to be unique and very very smart with all of the scams and con artists that we as a society have to be wary of. Chris P. got here promptly, introduced himself, and got right down to work. He uncovered a myriad of issues and painstakingly took care of each one and cleaned up all of the mess that had to be made in the process (I've learned from experience that this is not always the case with other service techs!) He addressed careless and dangerous mistakes made by whoever had serviced our system prior. I was SO pleasantly surprised by the final price to us today.... I just knew there was going to be a comma on the ticket!!! A huge relief and unbelievably reasonable. Service Air has a customer with us as long as they're around, and I highly, highly recommend them to anyone needing service. Couldn't be more satisfied with the care and professionalism Chris showed. The card here has someone else's name on it, but Chris is an asset to Service Air... Thanks a million. Five stars just aren't enough.

James, my installer and his helper did a great job!! They were very nice and friendly. They took the time to explain everything to me that I needed to know. This was a great and painless experience. I give Service Air a 5⭐️ rating and highly recommend them.
