Our repair man Curtis was awesome!! From the 1st call to the AC working was like 1 hour on a Friday! That IS EXPRESS service ! Curtis was knowledgeable , informative and professional …. And did I mention FAST! I’m too old for this Florida heat and I’m so thankful for Curtis! It wasn’t crazy expensive and we will not have to live in a hour house this weekend 🎉🎉🎉 PRAISE!!

New Project: 31 MAY 2024 Evaporator Coil Replace

Service Air replaced the evaporator coil in our A/C Unit today. The evaporator coil was leaking refrigerant and there was a serious water leak coming from the air handler. So, we decided to replace the evaporator coil because of the coolant leak. The work was started and completed May31st. It is working great. No condensate leaks!

I am very pleased with the work performed and the skill level of the tech, Trey. This is the 1st year SAES LLC has checked our cooling and heating units. I most appreciate Trey’s attention to detail. Trey found the reason for the constant dripping of condensation from the air handler. There were two 1 inch plugs missing from the back side of the drip pan. In addition to the missing plugs, Trey found a piece of wood that had been placed under the corner of the pan lifting the corner where the plugs were missing. (It looked like someone, years ago, had raised the backside of the pan with a piece of wood in lieu of installing plugs.) See the video which is limited to 30 sec. I suppose the plugs have been missing since the original install in 2006.

November 1023 Mini-Split

The mini-split heat pump in the sewing room quit after about 12 years. I reached out to several companies and didn’t receive help. A friend recommended Service Air. I read the reviews and then called Service Air.
I contacted them yesterday morning and a technician came out a few hours later and made a recommendation. The install was completed this morning. So, in less than 24 hours the old non-functional unit was removed and the new unit was installed and operational.
The technicians were knowledgeable, polite and answered my questions thoughtfully. They were on time and the tech sent a text when they were en-route to our home. Good job!

Service Air’s representative was extremely knowledgeable and personable. I did a lot of research before purchasing my air conditioner and felt I could trust Michael and this company. Princeton Allen serviced my AC unit for proper operation. He cleaned the coils, made sure all was working properly. He also reinstalled my wi fi to operate my thermostat from anywhere I might be located to set my temperature to my desired temperature. Good friendly professional service.

Service Air Eastern Shore Inc, Derrick arrived this morning as scheduled on time, and immediately began my annual service check. He found my AC/heating system working perfectly.
Derrick was very kind, respectful, professional and completed the inspection throughly.

Today I needed my home air/furnace serviced it had gone on vacation without my prior approval. I called Service Air. I have used this company prior to today, with great results.
Today ALEX MORENO and Matt came to my rescue , they checked out the sysyem and recommended the old 11 yr unit be replaced. I trust this company, since I have used them in the past 2 years for servicing.
The entire staff at Service Air including the receptionists who answer the phones(kathy) are really great in understanding and scheduling the services.

Their service was excellent! All staff were kind, very professional, and respectful.
If you need your air/heating unit serviced, you can't go wrong using this company. The company has excellent people, beginning the moment they answer the phone! One can judge a company by the way the customer service person answers the phone.
They make you feel special right off the bat.

Today 8/16/24 I had the installation of my new air/ heating unit. The crew showed up on time as scheduled lead by Jeremy Starling.
They went to work immediately removing the old unit, and installing the new unit.
The entire crew were kind,
respectful and worked in unison to complete the installation.
R&R required some changes and remove of openings to accommodate the new more
efficient smaller outside unit, and removal to provide space for the blower inside. Before anything began, the floor was covered so as to keep debris from collecting on the floor. The crew upon finishing the project, vacuumed the floor and work areas everywhere.
The crew went out of their way to be sure all areas were cleaned, and also gathered up the old unit and hauled away.
Jeremy sat down with me and described the controls, and showed me how I could operate the controls no matter where I was at the time by wifi.
The entire installation and completion went smoothly and efficiently..
I would highly recommend you use Service Air for your heating and cooling system.
The entire process was handled professional from the beginning, starting with Kathy in the office, and the entire crew with Jeremy and his crew.

Workers arrived on the first day, and brought the wrong mini split, the sales person ordered the wrong one. After searching for a way to install the split that they brought, they called their boss and he said to come back and get the correct one. They arrived a few hours later, and began work, they were here till late in the evening, drilling two big holes in one of the 2x4 above the breaker box, trying to hook the power up. While doing this, they damaged the other wires and breaker. The worker actually said to me, did I trip the breaker?, I replied I didn’t even come close to that breaker box. After, trying to repair their mistake, the Company called an actual electrician, and replaced entire wiring and breaker, that there company had damaged. The electrician was here for 4-6 hours. He showed my wife and I the damaged wiring, that could’ve caught our house on fire, if the breaker did not trip. The other day, the drywall repair guy came, fixed holes, and said he would be back to paint, but we haven’t heard back from the Company. We are so far from recommending this Company for any work. This was very disappointing, the General Manager also said, they needed to see if the damaged breaker was our fault or theirs UNBELIEVABLE! DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY! I will definitely contact Home Depot and tell them what kind of Company they are subcontracting out to.

Update on mini split install, the new GM came out for the final walkthrough. We spoke about the issue and he was very apologetic for trouble we went through. After the conversation, I have decided to edit my review and recommend this Company, due to the new leadership that is now in place. They offered a one year maintenance package, and Military discount on the install. Thanks, well done!

The company was great for the sale and the sales pitch very kind and professional. I used this company as they are partnered with Home Depot. The installation went well. Less than a year later my until went out. The outdoor unit would not come on. It went out on a Friday and I called right away as it was 90 degrees outside and almost 80 inside. I was advised I would have to wait until Tuesday at 2:00PM before they could send anyone since Monday was a holiday. When the man came out to sell me the unit he advised that they had an emergency team that would come out if I had any problems and just to call them. Now that I actually needed them and they had my $8500.00, I had to wait 4 days before someone could come out. I am in Pensacola and I realize now I should’ve used another company who has an emergency on call team closer. Since I am under the warranty period and probably further away than they would wish to
Come out since I was still under warranty, I seemed to be the last priority. Needless to say I had to pay $250 to a company that had a true emergency team that worked on weekends because 90 degrees is just not OK and should have been considered an emergency considering I had children and it is summer time in Florida. I would not recommend going through this provider if you are needing them for emergency services in the future, they do not seem to have an on call person who can come and help you when you have no AC in the summer. If you are ok with waiting 4 days and not being 90 degrees in your house, then I will see they were kind and professional to deal with in the beginning when purchasing and installing.
