Servpro of Lee County, 🌸Mr. Reginald and Mrs. Gloria would like to thank you for sending qualified, knowledgeable individuals such as Mr. Angel and his term under his leadership Lulu and Cobie to our home. First of all they were incredibly professional which is a rare commodity these days. They worked together like a fine oils machine assessing the water and insulation damage quickly that was caused by Helena.

Mr. Angel communicated what needed to be done after the assessment and commenced to getting the job done. Mr. Angel and his team were very thoughtful throughout the whole process paying attention to even the minor details. Mr. Angel and his team even swept the floors after removing the large items. They really went above and beyond. WOW!!!!! 🤗 These individuals certainly deserve a PAY raise. From this point on I think we will only use Servpro!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Toby, Lulu and team were awesome. They did an outstanding job cleaning a property that had been vacant for a long time. They exceeded our expectations. It's often hard to find folks to do a job as well as you'd do it or hit all of your expectations....they did!! Thank you for all your hard work.

We have a toilet overflow in our basement. We immediately contacted SERVPRO. From Hewston Vancil, the marketing representative to the crew: Paxton, Sam, Samantha and Edwin, we could not be more pleased with their professionalism and the work they did to solve our issue with cleaning and disinfecting. They were all so courteous and helpful, it made out "disaster" seem much more manageable. Will definitely recommend their services to friends and family!

Servpro is amazing. They respond immediately eve on the weekend. Came out that day. Came.bavk the next day. Communication, explaining the process, courteous, cleaning up after themselves, efficient. I can't say enough about all of the employees who came to work on the water situation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Top notch service by ServPro of Lee County. Edwin quickly arrived in response to water damage to our condo and completed the assessment. Jeremy worked behind the scenes to resolve insurance questions between the condo association and our insurance and got Sam out here ASAP with fans and dehumidifiers to start drying up the mess. Then the team of Edwin, Sam, Dennis and John knocked out the deconstruction in a few hours removing all wet materials and mitigating any mold as a result. All damaged materials were hauled away and the areas vacuumed. Tim independently confirmed the work was completed satisfactorily and Edwin continues to visit daily and monitor the situation until all damaged areas are completely dry. Each member of the team has been courteous and highly professional. I would highly recommend ServPro of Lee County.

Super grateful for Edwin, Zach and Butch. They came in after we had some damage from Hurricane Helene. Made sure we were all dried out and no mold. We are thankful for ServPro making our home clean again as we start to rebuild.

Multiple visits over a ten day period starting 11-4-24 (after the discovery of all the damage to our home) were necessary. Each visit was on time as promised and professionally conducted by two crews from ServPro of Harris, Meriwether, & Stewart Counties in Georgia.Edwin lead both crews and was usually the last to leave. Each individual named performed tirelessly without any complaints and worked hard to complete the task. We felt ok with all of them in our home despite the noise and interruptions.We were happy when this part of the project was finished.We look forward to the next phase and we are trusting ServPro to restore our home “like it never happened”. Sam met with us initially, followed by Edwin, Shawn,Clarie,Christine,Justine,Country,
Gage,Pedro,Matt R.,Jaylin,Pedro,Sam,Colby,& Gabe. It was a big problem and it needed a big effort to begin the “ fixing process “. Servpro has delivered so far. Stay Tuned !

Edwin was incredibly thorough, walked me through the process step by step, and was a fantastic communicator. I really valued the transparency he offered. A big thank you to Ed and Richard for making a stressful situation feel a bit more manageable.

If I could give no stars I definitely would!! This company is yhe most devious that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. When our house flooded back in August of 2024 our insurance suggested Servpro and we heard good things so we gave them a try. The demo team was great! Punctual, constantly communicating, warned us of any issues and always answered any questions we had.
Then the construction team came....
They have been working on our home for 5 months now. The project manager would never communicate, the contractors NEVER showed up when they were supposed to. Then they would magically appear after we told them we would not be available. They general contractor (Josh from H&M construction mouthed off to my wife about things when did wrong. We decided in a flooring because we were told to pick some out and then were basically told they chose different ones for use and just threw them in. So there was no choice in the matter. The painters might as well have been blind because half the stuff they painted wasn't supposed to be. From the 2nd week of November until 4 days before Christmas we did not hear anything from anyone about any updates then finally they call and all they wanted was to get paid (for work they hadn't done or finished). So we gave up with the company amd decided to have one of the appraisal people come estimate what needed to be done and come up with how much we owed without the unfinished work and the work that I was going to have to repair. It takes 2 weeks to hear from him and gives us a number that we thought was reasonable just to find out that wasn't the number at all and have not heard a word from him for another 2 weeks until got a call saying we owed way more than we discussed. Now we are unable to get ahold of the adjuster and get any clarification.

In all, the company is money hungry and do not care what condition they leave your home as long as they get paid. The contractor, project manager, adjuster, front office, NOBODY knows how or cares to communicate until it's time to collect money. They're saying of "returning your home to how it was"
is just a lie to catch your interest. If I knew who was about the people I've already talked to I would tell them this but they probably wouldn't answer either so poor communication must be #1 of there policy.

We had an unexpected flood, every floor in our house was ruined expect our daughters. ServePro was there the next morning! This team is amazing! They all have specific job duties and work very well as a team, I hear them ask each other constantly if they can help each other in any way... Thorough! Kind! Outstanding job Team! The best things of all… they kept my house clean the entire time! Team: Edwin, Matt, Tim, Tony, John, Marquez, Samantha, Zack & Eva!

I pulled up at work Friday the building was flooded. Servpro was on site Eva with a young man Richard very nice they were working that's one day. come Monday the same thing Eva back on the job very polite .they came Tuesday pick up the equipment just want to shout out to Eva.

Wonderful people! TJ, Tony, Country, DQ, Jalin, Patrick, Eva, Hewston, and Edwin were prompt and efficient tearing down the damage to my house from bad water leak. Shawn, Josh, the supervisor, and the flooring guys, also Arlana and group from CSI were wonderful putting it all back together! What i thought was broken “ forever” is now more beautiful than it was before! Thank you all for your patience with my anxiety. You all were so kind. You did a great job!

Eva and Derek from Lee county Servpro made me and my family’s transition seamless.

Punctual, Polite and Professional. The whole crew. Eva was amazing, went above and beyond. She worked well with the contractor to walk through what her and the crew had done. The contractor was impressed with the work they did as well. This crew worked very well together, which was very nice to see. Eva briefed myself and the crew what they were doing and they staring getting after it like a well oil machine. Recognizing great service is important. Servpro did a great job on our floors. The crew that removed our flooring and the crew that installed the new flooring did a great job. The cleanup crew was phenomenal. They cleaned everything and were so nice attentive to details. I would highly recommend Servpro.

Lulu, Angel, Zach, and Edwin have been amazing. They were very thorough with their work, while moving at a very steady and smooth pace. Very personable and caring folks, especially given the circumstances with our recent hurricane damage. Great people to work with!
