Phenomenal! This is the word that first comes to mind to describe the service that my family and I received from Servpro of Lee County Alabama. We had severe water damage in an area of our home that contained many precious items and their patience and professionalism was exceptional. Their attention to detail and the deliberate care that they took in moving our items around so that they could clean up the damages and get us ready to move forward with our lives was very much appreciated. One of the employees was a veteran, which I always appreciate as a disabled bettering myself. All of the men were courteous, respectful. And experts at their jobs. Great work!

The hvac duct cleaning service is well worth the money. Their staff were very knowledgeable, polite and professional offering step by step progress during the duct cleaning process.
Hayden, Pedro and Butch were all a pleasure to work with. They also made sure to point out any deficiencies that needed to be address in order to maintain a clean and healthy indoor environment.
I highly recommend this service and the team that came out today.

The SERVPRO team that came out to handle my mitigation was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. TJ, Scott, and Dennis were very professional and considerate of my space when installing the equipment, leaving the area very neat and tidy. Sam came by the house each day to monitor the equipment and make adjustments for the best resolution. Sam is very trustworthy, accommodating, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to make the visits convenient for my work schedule. Thanks to all. I highly recommend this team of individuals!

The team that responded to my house on Friday night were very perfessional and respectful they did a great job and over the last few days as they came back to my house I would recommend them in emergency

We had two bathrooms renovated and we needed a deep clean from the sheet rock, dust, etc.It took 2 days of cleaning but LuLu’s team was excellent!! They were prompt, courteous and did an awesome job!

Edwin, Butch, Gabe and Big D did a great job on the mitigation process after our water line busted and our house flooded. They were on time and talked me through everything they were doing.

I cannot recommend Serve Pro in Smith Station, AL. Our nearly new washer was dropped multiple times during the pack-out, dented in 3 places, and returned five months later with paint covering the damage instead of being replaced as promised. Much of the crew was unprofessional and careless. I no longer trust this franchise or the owner and would never call upon their services again. One of the 3 dents is pictured below. Their motto is “Like it never even happened” that’s sadly not true for my washer.

Eva and Devin did a fabulous job today! They brought in dehumidifiers and dryers to help repair damage from an undetected leak. Also treated wood with an antibacterial solution. Very personable and very knowledgeable!! I am very pleased with their work.

I can’t say enough….. if I could give 1000 stars that’s exactly what I would do. The crew that I had was So PROFESSIONAL they did not treat me like a customer. They treated me like family and I truly enjoyed them. Eva, Dereck, and Edwin. When I say AWESOME!!!!! 💛💛💛💛 I definitely recommend!!

The team that came out to my house consisted of Eva, Butch and Devin And they were all really wonderful. Eva has amazing communication skills. She will explain absolutely anything and everything to you which put me at ease and all the workers were so considerate of my home kept everything very clean, but we’re very respectful.

We had an excellent experience with Edwin and Stephen during our water mitigation from a kitchen leak. They explained everything and answered my many questions. Both were very professional and thorough.

James, D., and Butch of Lee County ServPro were courteous and professional. They took care in the house and cleaned up when done with the job. The office was good at keeping me informed of the scheduling. Good experience overall.

The SERV PRO folks did a great job cleaning out our entire HVAC system after a dining room fire which caused oily soot to get into our return lines. They meticulously removed every air register 30+, back flowed our system and cleaned every line with a rotating brush. Then, after our floors were sanded and refinished, they came back and did it again for the dust that got into our system from the floor sander. I’m very thankful for their service. They were careful to explain the entire process and always showed up on time.

We had a water leak that flowed for 4 days before it was discovered. We contacted ServPro as soon as we learned of our 2nd floor leak and they had crews onsite like 2 hours later. They were professional and did a great job from clean up, to tear out to finish and restore. We strongly recommend ServPro Auburn should you find yourself facing a home disaster.
