We recently had the pleasure of working with ServPro of Harris County to remove some Environmental Growth and clean a large area and HVAC system. We couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and professional. Eva and her crew, and Angel and his crew arrived on time, fully equipped, and ready to tackle every corner. We can't say enough good things about our rep David (Sptiz), just all-around good people.

They were incredibly thorough, paying attention to every detail. All areas needing treatment and cleaning were left spotless and gleaming. The teams were mindful of our situation, equipment, and surroundings working efficiently throughout the day.

Serve Pro made the best possible experience out of the worst possible situation. I can't begin to thank the people at Serve Pro enough for getting us through the trauma of having our septic tank back up into the house.
Specifically, these individuals: Tim, Butch, Charlie, Sam, Dustin, Connie, and Jeremy made us feel completely calm, comfortable, and confidant that this situation would be favorably and expediently resolved.

Using fans, air scrubbers, thorough clean up, carpet removal, anti-microbial spray, Serve Pro ensured that all affected areas were clean and most importantly dry. Repeated measurements were taken to be certain that the floors and walls were completely dry, too.

Each team that came out gave absolutely amazing service. They were incredibly courteous, considerate, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Their expertise and reassurance put us at ease and made the entire experience a huge success..... "like it never happened!"

I was Soo worried about people I didn't know touching my things & even harder to think about was these people touching my dead daughters things. She was 17 & taken horrifically in a car tragedy. She has been past for 9 years. This crew had no idea what the photos or tiny shards of paper meant to me. I had to go to the house 1 day for something & saw this crew in action. I want u to know I cried. Tears of joy & happiness that a business this big had this much compassion & love in their hearts & for their jobs. They were handling her things with such dignity & respect prolly even more so than I would have done myself. I will recommend THIS CREW to anyone anyway. They truly are the best out here. I met some really great people dealing with this servepro team. I hope I never ever need them again but they are absolutely 😍 fabulous & I hope each of them know just how thankful I am that they were put into my life by my local state farm agent Seth Dozier! I don't think any other company out there could come anywhere close to the service I received! Thank you so much servepro team!

During a time that should be a real hassle Edwin and his team David, Zach , Matt and Dennis were diligent on making the process great and they did just that! They were quick , very clean and courtesy. Thank you so much for asking any questions and concerns I may have had.

David, Mike, and their crew members were super responsive, courteous and very knowledgeable. They really put us at ease on getting the water damaged cleaned up in our two bedrooms and bathroom. A crew member checked on the progress each day (even on a Saturday) until the process was complete. We’re very pleased with the outcome. We highly recommend Servpro.

Edwin, Jaylin and Eric worked tirelessly for 11 hours to get our house set up to dry. They took extra time to help us understand what and why everything was happening and were professional and courteous. The ServPro team went over and beyond to make sure our air ducts were thoroughly clean. Their crew was super friendly and they carefully moved and placed back all of our furnishings, cleaned and spray painted our vent covers. We did not have to do anything! They were not pushy to offer their other services and even pointed out issues in our home we should address that don't even fall under their services. I would definitely recommend!

What can I say about these workers?? They are so precise, timely and get the job done with enthusiasm and professionalism. Their goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied and that all issues have been addressed. Edwin and butch did great work. They were so polite with great customer service. They moved quickly and carefully. Sam was super nice. Patrick is great in keeping me updated on progress.

Sam, Colby, David, and Pedro were an excellent team to help with rapid clean up following a hot water heater leak. After Patrick’s initial visit, the team came prepared to remove Sheetrock, carpet, and trim board. In less than 8 hours, two rooms were cleared, tented, as well as underneath the house, were set up with fans and dehumidifiers. Daily check-ins with TJ on progress have been quick, especially for our remote location. This leak happened over the Christmas and New Year holiday and yet a team was still able to make us feel like a priority, regardless of timing. Should we ever need them again, ServPro will be our first phone call.

Edwin, Country, and Gabe are very professional at their work. Parts of my home had water damage due to my hot water heater leaking…they started the mitigation process as soon as they arrived to my home. They were nice and very informative with my questions and I absolutely felt at ease with them and the process. Mr. Culpepper checked daily to see the progress of the drying..I want to thank all four of them for a great job they did.

Eva, Gabe,Colby and Lulu came in ready to go to work on getting my house dried out from the water damage. They were all were very respectful to me and my family during this process. Everyone called me to let me know when they would be coming out and what time they would approximately arrive.
I would recommend Servpro again and to anyone that has had any type of damage to their property.
