Edwin & D were absolutely amazing!!!! They worked soooo hard, all day long, I pray they get a raise!! SERVPRO, you would be hard pressed to find other workers like them!!!! Do something great for them, in order to continue to give them the motivation to continue to be so dedicated. They were very detailed with their work and went above and beyond!!! Very cordial, well-mannered, and professional!! I couldn't have asked for a better team or a better job!!!!!

We had our first experience with Servpro of Lee county recently and the team they brought in did a great job taking care of our problem. Hewston, Eva, Derek, Sam T, Gabe, Clari, Mami and the rest of the team were professional and courteous. Under the circumstances a good experience and would use again.

Servpro has made a bad situation easier to cope with. They kept us informed of what would be done in every step. Edwin and James were very kind, prompt and respectful of our home. They did a great job.

Edwin and Demarious came right on time yesterday to tear out the wet parts of our
Home that were damaged in the Tornado on Sunday. They were very professional, kind, and very efficient. Edwin took the time to show us what was done on the house and how everything will work moving forward.

SERVEPRO was a lifesaver. We came home to water pouring through the ceiling all over the first floor. Even though it was late in the day, a crew arrived within an hour and began cleanup. Cole and Daniel stayed long into the night to get out all the wet insulation and carpet padding, as well as to set up drying fans. They didn't leave till they were satisfied and we were satisfied that we had stopped any further damage. They returned on time the next morning and every morning after that to check on the progress of the drying units and check moisture levels throughout. SERVEPRO's staff is so well trained. Their use of technology was amazing and each employee we dealt with on our case was more professional than I ever expected. All paperwork and documentation is shared freely, as well as contact information, even after hours. Jeremy was always pleasant and took the time to explain everything they were doing for us and patiently answer every question we had. I don't know what we would have done without these guys. We could not have done half of what they did or prevent all the mold and mildew that they did with their quick action and drying capabilities. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs help with water damage!

Due to broken pipes, I had messes in 2 different places. Colby & Pedro have finished the first & have now moved on to the second. A person couldn't ask for more congenial & professional gentlemen to complete the work. It's been a pleasure having them here.

We have (unfortunately) needed Servpro twice within the last 6 months, but the team made both unpleasant situations a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. Jeremy, Hewston, and Tim are the kindest workers I have encountered in a long time; they were efficient, polite and patient when answering my questions. Servpro of Lee County took very good care of us when we contacted them regarding our water problem from a broken water line in the master bath. They came out after regular working hours & vacuumed up the water then stationed heated fans in all the wet areas. The ServePro team were all very nice & professional. We knew we were in good hands. I called SERVPRO to perform water mitigation for my kitchen water leak, they sent out Eva, Butch and Matt. This crew from SERVPRO did an outstanding job with the demo, cleaning and installation of drying equipment also they were professional explaining the scope of work. This company deserves a 5 star review . Toby Campbell came in and instead of telling me what he was going to do he asked me what he could do for me. He and his team Matt,Butch and Tony started the night of the flood in my apartment cleaning up water and taking care of the situation. Also they came back during the week to take care of any remaining issues. I would recommend Servpro of Lee County to everyone that has a need..

Fantastic service ! Edwin, Paxton, Corey, LuLu, Birdie & Bo were on our leak & damage from the beginning of a late phone call on a Friday afternoon. Bo came to our home early on the following Saturday morning. They have specific teams that work together and make the process so easy that you think the disaster is being taken care of by someone else !!!! And it was!
