Constraction reviews in Theodore, Alabama

I am so happy to recommend this company as they provide not only excellent customer service but results that will amaze you. They cleaned all my 22 year old ceramic tile and painted the grout and it all looks brand new! David and his crew exceeded all my expectations and I applaud his company!

After cleaning our tile floors they look like new again! Excellent attention to detail.
Perfect job matching grout to existing.
Re-caulk around sinks turned out fantastic.
The 2 workers were efficient and professional. Thank you for an excellent job. We will use this company again!!

Amazing people! Amazing job done! Thank you David and your team from Cornerstone Hard Surface Restoration for all you did to make our terribly worn floors sparkle! From my initial contact with Jennifer to completion of the work to be done, each member of this company was extremely professional and kind. During the restoration process, which took far less time than I thought it might, the team went to great lengths to do a perfect job, and there was absolutely no residual mess anywhere in our house. I truly cannot thank you enough for the superb job you did! Becky Kidd

They did a wonderful job! Very curious and polite! I would recommend them to anyone!! Did a new driveway for me and they always cleaned up after themselves.

My ceramic tile floors have never been cleaner! Once a year I use Cornerstone to give my tile floors a deep clean. With grandkids sitting or crawling on the floors I want them as clean as possible. Superior service by a Christian company!

Recently Cornerstone Hard Surface Restoration helped me out with a quick turnaround for a commercial building's floor. They understood the urgency and scheduled the work to fit my needs. The work was completed correctly and vey professionally when promised. I am a very satisfied customer and recommend them highly!

We are always pleased with Cornerstone! They are easy to schedule with, are always on time, and provide excellent service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

David and his crew did a fantastic job on my tile floors and carpet. This was the third time using Corner Stone Restoration and I will continue using them. I couldn’t be more pleased! Thanks David and Crew.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Cornerstone. When they tell you they are going to be on site they are always right on time. They refinished my kitchen floor and it is absolutely beautiful! Several months later they coated my front porch and it is gorgeous! These guys are professional and I would recommend them to anyone. I am also going to have them coat my garage. What a pleasure to work with a company that does exactly what they say they are going to do and in a timely fashion. I am very picky about getting things done. My standards are high they exceed my expectations. I am a happy customer. What a pleasure it has been to work with Cornerstone!

Cornerstone is by far the best! From the process of scheduling a quote to the time the both of my porches were finished. Always on time, professional, nice, and most of all their work is amazing!!!!!!!

“WOW” is the best way I can describe how our tile/grout looks after David at Cornerstone cleaned, stained and sealed our floors. The grout looked absolutely terrible before and now it looks brand new. David and his team were so friendly and professional as well. We definitely recommend this company to others and we will be customers of theirs for life. Before and after photos included.

The work performed by Cornerstone was absolutely impressive. I am pleased and will hire them for future jobs.

From start to finish everything and everyone was so easy to work with and the outcome was phenomenal! I highly recommend them!

David and his helper Ayden were wonderful; professional and so hard working. We had a difficult time deciding on the color we wanted and David was so gracious and patient…made extra boards for us so we could have nice size samples to help with the decision. It was a much more thorough and time consuming process than I originally thought. They aren’t just coating your concrete. It’s resurfaced. Our porches and carport look so darn good! I know a couple friends will be calling them soon!

Did a refresh on my shower stall, came out great. Honestly no other company wanted to take the job including those that advertised they did the service. Travertine

Excellent quality and efficiency of work and cleanup. Timely communication and scheduling. Questions were answered in a matter of minutes. Thank you, Cornerstone Hard Surface Restoration, you all went above and beyond to get this job done.

David and his crew at Cornerstone helped with removing my Boat and the more heavy items from the garage before starting.. They are fast and very courteous, highly recommendable.
Floor in photos was just completed, Not dry.

Highly recommend calling Cornerstone Hard Surface Restoration! I reached out for their free quote and from the start they were very professional, and had great communication with me. They provided the quote (good fair price!) and at first I told them we weren’t sure exactly when we were going to do it and they did not push at all. We decided to go ahead and do it and they were able to schedule us within a week. I’m so glad we did! We had the floors cleaned and the grout redone. Again, highly recommend!!

David and crew did a fantastic job with our travertine floors. They really needed the steam cleaning and refinishing (including crack repairs and grout). We definitely recommend their service.

A friend recommended that I contact Cornerstone to have my bathroom floors sealed. Jennifer came and gave us an estimate. She was a pleasure to work with and sent us a reasonable estimate within 24 hours. David and his team arrived promptly and were very professional and courteous. They were very considerate of sleeping children. They completed the entire job in less than an hour. I had a crack in my laundry room floor that they were unable to match so David ordered the correct color and promised to return to finish the job. We were very pleased with Cornerstone and I highly recommend them.

Cornerstone did an amazing job on our deck! We are very happy with the results!
