Constraction reviews in Theodore, Alabama

Dave and his crew came in and went right to work. They did our garage and a huge patio plus in just under three days. They were on time and their price is very reasonable. What a difference coating our patio and garage made to our home. If you are considering getting your garage or patio coated, call Cornerstone Coatings!

I highly recommend David Backburn and Cornerstone Hard Surface Restoration. They recently cleaned the garage and pool deck at my new home, and the results were amazing!

Their work is consistently high quality, and their integrity and work ethic are second to none. I’ve trusted them since 2011 in both business and residential settings, and they have always delivered the same level of professionalism and excellence.

If you’re looking for dependable, top-tier service, they are the team to call.

Business Is terrible I would not trust them with a Push Mower

Great landscapers, awsome work!!! Quality work from professional landscapers. Landscape the south is mostly high end & contract work, but will also take on smaller jobs. The team is very knowledgeable & efficient.

Top notch work! I wouldn't trust anyone else for the job.

Nice and helpful people

One of their drivers was throwing bags of garbage out on the side of the road. Should’ve called the Louisiana troopers on them

Tag # 1135a on 8/19/21 @ 06:45 needs to learn how to drive. I witnessed tailgating and speeding just no common respect for people on the road. This was witnessed from I-10 west to Hwy 90 west. Asshat!

I am currently in the process of relocating from Florida to Illinois. Last night, just before the sign showing Calera 11 Birmingham 44 miles ahead, your company had a crew working on Interstate 65 who turned my 14 hour transition in to a 15 and a half hour transition due to their lack of care for safety of those traveling on the interstate. Despite the fact that they had an entire lane of traffic blocked off so they could perform their work, they chose to pull in to the unblocked lane of traffic and caused a 3 car accident, all of which happened to be with me. Your workers approached the scene, walked past each driver without saying a word, spoke with the highway patrol and walked off without even acknowledging to us what they had just done, not even a simple I'M SORRY!

Love Cornerstone's work. Nick and his crew are an honest, hardworking, knowledgeable team. One of the best builders in Mobile!

Absolutely great people to work with. Nick has helped my family throughout our entire build process and never once complained about all my questions. I could not recommend them enough!

Nick and his crew do amazing work. His attention to very detail is what sets him apart.
He is fair and honest and does what he says he we’ll do!

Nick and his crew are always amazing to work with! They are professional and build a quality product! We have been fortunate to complete the plumbing and gas for several of their builds and it’s always great to work alongside his crew!

I install Tile for Cornerstone Construction and have witnessed first hand how he handles every process of a remodel and the care and detail that’s put into each step! Wouldn’t trust another contractor to complete a project for me.

Our house was flooded from a water leak damaging our kitchen cabinets. Even before work began Nick went above and beyond to help us out. We were struggling to get a response from our insurance when I contacted him. We had been living without a working kitchen for five weeks. Within 24 hours he had the ball rolling. I will update review with pictures of work when it is complete but so far, HIGHLY recommend this company

Nick is knowledgeable, and proficient in all different phases of the construction process. I Have worked with Cornerstone on many projects. They all finish up on time and leave a high quality product for the customer.

We were happy with the primary suite addition to our home. Communication was good and price was very reasonable and we love our new space.
