Tristan was very professional, but at the same time friendly. He answered all my questions honestly and without hesitation. He worked with me to come up with a solution for my problem that I could live with. He pointed out things that I should be aware of, but there was no pressure to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. This was a very good first experience with Walley's Plumbing

Technician came out and stated he needed to change out a diverted valve in my shower. He then explained to me about the cost for the job, which at that point I didn't know what all that job would consist of to fixing it. I agreed to have it done and much to my surprise 1-diverter valve and 20 minutes of labor the cost was $497.00. The part at the supply house is only $30.00. I got the invoice in the mail and absolutely no breakdown as to why it was $497.00, so I called and spoke with the young lady and she couldn't explain it to me it's just the way their program was set up. I went up to their office and the public can not enter their door and you have to call a number for an appointment. I called the number and a gentleman answered (Matt) I explained to him about my bill and he was certainly not concerned about what I had to say, pretty much said it is what it is you signed for the work to be done therefore you paid the price. Expensive lesson learned. DO NOT USE ANY COMPANY THAT IS "FLAT FEE" they take the national average and program it in their computer and that's their way of charging folks. Shop small businesses not big box companies. I spoke with a independent plumber after the fact and the job would have been around $200. that's including the part and free estimate. Wish I would've known beforehand. SHOP INDEPENDENT!!!! If you see a company with a fleet of wrapped vehicles RUN LIKE HELL!!! They can afford all that from ripping the public off. If I had only read their reviews first I would of shopped elsewhere. They should be ashame but I don't think they care, just remember one thing, what goes around comes around and the good lord has this.

They were quick to come out and find my problem. When he came back with the parts, he had it fixed in no time. Kyle was very pleasant and found the issue pretty quick. He didn't leave a mess. Thank you for the A+ job at my house.

Kyle did a great job. Very professional. He came and installed my hot water heater today and answered any questions I had. Very clean install as well. Put safety features on the unit that I had no idea needed to be there, which I did not have on my old unit.

DO NOT USE this company! I ordered a water heater to be installed and when they arrived they noticed it was damaged. I had an eta of 30 minutes for the new to arrive and they then quoted me an additional $1000 for the 30 minute wait. I asked them to pack up and leave. I paid over $700 overall for one valve replacement on a water line.

Huge thanks to Jake Weiss and Tony Walley of Walley Plumbing for saving the day! Im a single mom and I panicked when the leak started! Who do I call and how much will it cost? I called Walley Plumbing and they told me and showed me what the issue was, gave me an estimate,
had the pieces to replace the affected area, and had it fixed within 2 hours! It was affordable, I felt 100% comfortable and like I was being dealt with fairly (as a woman that is HUGE)! I HIGHLY recommend them!

Blake was a God send for my wife and I. We had been without hot water for 17 days while trying to get our hot water heater replaced by Choice Hone Warranty. When CHW finally agreed to send us a water heater and installers they could not get hot water after the heater and something CHW called an optimizer were installed. Blake came around 3:00 pm and had analyzed the problem and we had hot water before 5pm. Thank you Blake.

We had Tyler as the technician. He did an excellent job!!! His services was outstanding he was patient and kind. He made sure we knew everything he was doing. Tyler was very efficient at his job and he get an outstanding rating for his wonderful customer services.we will use them again and will recommend this company for wonderful working work
