Brad, the Plumber, came to look at the jobs: replace insides of 2 toilets, replace 1 tub drain and give replace ball inside kitchen faucet. He gave me a quote after seeing the work to be done. I scheduled an appt to return. He came exactly on time, was clean and didn’t leave a mess when he finished. Although the work was expensive (all plumbing work is), I appreciated Brad’s professionalism and diligence to get the jobs done right.

I thought they did a good job installing my toilet but I was wrong! They damaged the toilet cuz they were in a hurry, It started rocking back and forth because it was improperly installed. When I called to have them fix it they said it wasn't under warranty anymore. They don't even guarantee their work past 90 days. Parts is only guaranteed for 30 days. They charge me $900 and don't even guarantee their work. Never again!

Hansen's service technicians are kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and honest. They repaired my leaky faucets in an old house that were difficult to access, and they let me know after the project was completed that my charge would be less than my estimate since the problems was less complicated than they thought. I look forward to using Hansen Plumbpros for any other plumbing needs.

Cost was $450 by the end of ito fix my AC unit. The first technician was rather rude when we started asking questions about some of the parts. The second technician that came out to finish the job was much nicer. The call center did not understand that I work a full-time job and made it sound like she was doing me a favor for waiting till I got off of work to send someone out to finish fixing our AC unit. I honestly would not use them again because of their poor customer service.

I have used Hansen Plumbing for over three years and have always been satisfied. They arrive on time, are always professional and their rates are good. They do not pressure you into doing anything you're not not comfortable with doing. I would highly recommend them

Had a tankless water heater installed. I met with Larry for the intial estimate. Larry gave me a reasonable estimate, had great communication and was professional from start to finish. The day of installation Larry and his crew Josh and David were on time, pleasant to deal with and completed the job in a timely manner. Made sure everything was clean and satisfactory before they left. Big thank you to all 3 men! Would definitely recommend!

To get this quality, I would be happy to pay a premium, but they are consistently the low price company. And they have never repriced their estimate, even in a case where I thought the scope of work expanded.

I’m leaving an A+ review because Larry and Josh went above and beyond for us once they were able to get here! The challenges they met in our 2 story older home were mind boggling! They were really nice and beyond competent! They repaired a truly complex problem in an older home and did so with such kindness and respect for us and our home! I would recommend them in a heartbeat! In fact, we have already decided to have them do another job for us as soon as I am well enough from health issues I have been dealing with! They arrived sooner than we expected and did an amazing job. Not only did the repair the issues, but the installed new knobs and facet. They did it very quickly and their customer service was excellent. Very professional, friendly, and explained every step they were doing.

I have been a loyal Hansen customer for four years now. This time I had them remove a tub and replace it with a shower pan and surround. Mr. Tim went to pick up the shower pan from the distributor twice and they tried to sell him damaged pans. He refused the broken shower pan both times. After that second one, he drove all the way over to Baldwin County and a different distributor and got a healthy pan to install in my house. He and his partner did a fantastic job removing the old tub, replacing plumbing and installing the new shower pan and surround. The sheetrock cutout work on the demo was so tight that he made my tiling around the new shower a breeze. Great job, Tim!

Chris is the first plumber I’ve ever used to give me an accurate quote, show up on time, and finish the job. He is dependable and gets the job done quick! We were in such a mess when we called Hansen and I’m a customer for life! Excellent, excellent service!

Very affordable plumbing made me very happy to know they don't overcharge you and they fix everything they see as they go very fast working and I will be calling them again if anything else I tried a different plumbing company before and they overcharged me did not fix the problem but this plumbing company knows what they are doing and gets the job done very much appreciate them!!!!!!! They did an amazing job on running the waterlines and drain lines for my tub at my grooming shop. They did a fantastic clean job with minimal cutting of the sheet rock..And did not destroy the sheet rock in the process so That it was able to go back on the wall. I very professional, courteous, and punctual. I highly recommend this company if you’re in need of plumbing work. Thank you guys so much.

Hansen came highly recommended and I couldn’t agree more. Tim gave expert advice and performed several professional services in a few hours. Second use of Hansen Larry and Josh completed installation of an entire outdoor gas system. This was a pretty big job and this team installed exactly to my specifications. I am very impressed and will recommend Hansen and their team to anyone!

I called late this morning and was able to get a same-day afternoon appointment. Donnie & Tim gave me a call before they arrived and said to expect them in 15 minutes…they were here in 14. They came in, they assessed the situation, they quickly repaired my leaking water heater outflow pipe, and were out the door after only 37 minutes - start to finish. I couldn’t be happier! We’ll, I could be if there had been no leak at all.

After a botched job by another company, Zach and another gentleman came out and were absolutely amazing. They were very professional, courteous and attentive. The kindness they showed toward our kids while working(because kids are curious!) was refreshing to see, and the honest and straightforward advice was truly appreciated. I will recommend Hansen to everyone.

Thanks to all the great techs that have worked on our issues. Tim, Skylar, Grady, and Dave went above and beyond on our kitchen leak repair and dishwasher install. As well as work in both of our bathrooms. Had to deal with slab leak and collapsed drains. They were fast and efficient and completed work ahead of schedule and under quoted cost. They are the dream team. Very polite and knowledgeable. Thanks to Shawn as well for the most resent issue we had with another small leak. He repaired in about an hour and was on budget priced. We also had electrical work done. Thanks to Will for the quick job done installing an outlet for us. As well as hooking up the dishwasher to outlet. Hansens is our go to for all electrical and plumbing needs going forward. Thanks also to the staff that makes appts. Everyone is polite and helpful. Thanks again for all the great work done.

When the guy showed he flat out acted like he was burdened to be here didn’t inform me of anything except my water heater is ok after he glanced for 2 seconds then he looked at my pipes half way and then he said he didn’t have anything in the truck to fix my pipe… then why are you a “Plummer”?!?! Seriously says then “it’ll be Monday”?!?! I have to wait all weekend till then to go to the bathroom?!?!? Wow! Bad bad service!
