Good house cleaning service rates are fairly reasonable

Never had dealings with this company other than all the flyers in my yard. Whoever is going around subdivisions throwing these flyers in people's yard and on porches need to stop.

Highly recommended lawn care service. I reside on Anderson Street and Mattox’s Lawn Care and Landscaping have been one of the best and conveniently responsive services I have tried out in Decatur. Not to mention they had the decency NOT to mow down flowers or plants thought to be important to my household.

Would not recommend for anything other than basic yard work. I paid 10k for sod/irrigation and during the process part of the backyard fence needed to be removed to fit a rake in the back yard. While removing the fence part of it was damaged, and cole assured me that this would be replaced. It's been over a month and cole has yet to come back and fix the fence. The man shook my hand and looked me in the eyes and assured me he would be back to fix it. There are also bare spots throughout the yard where it appears the sod was dead. We have had record breaking rainfall in the last 2 months and so I know it isn't an issue with being under watered. The drainage system at least seems to be working well, but his refusal to repair what was damaged leaves an overall bad impression on me. He and his crew also left garbage on the other side of the fence on property that I do not own. Beware.

Great service! Cole sent me a quote and was working on my yard the next day. Fast and clear communication through the whole process- quoting the job, yard walk through and then seeing all the amazing results of their hard work. Just had a yard clean up but I've already signed up for regular mowing too. Very impressed, highly recommend.

Mario and his team did an excellent job installing a paver deck that identically matched the original one creating a seamless look. He solved our drainage issues in the area, and then built attractive retaining block wall around the pool. He’s a man of integrity, and a joy to work with.

Custom Landscapes LLC and Mario Perez did such a great job in our ( mostly ) backyard. We initially hired him to cut down some trees, trim some branches and ground stumps. He ended up do that as well as planting and most importantly installing a French drain system so our yard doesn’t resemble a squishy marsh after rain. We had over 2 inches of rain last night and it drained! He also fixed part of our sprinkler system and I fully intend to hire him for future work. He is very quick, responsive and has such reasonable rates. If you want work done promptly and professionally you should hire his company.

Mario has done work for us for three years. He responds to our text, answers all questions promptly, is respectful, and is always on time. He annually cleans out our gutters, washes all the painted materials on the exterior of our house, cleans our windows outside, and puts out our pine straw and mulch. He also works on our sprinkler system. He has an outstanding work ethic and does a great job for us.

I would HIGHLY recommend Custom Landscapes LLC. Mario is absolutely the best, Mario has help me out so much with drainage issues. Our patio is absolutely gorgeous- my sprinklers are perfect because of Mario.

Mario did an awesome job on building our side walk and back patio. He created the design and laid down beautiful flagstone pavers to create a beautiful walkway from the side of our house to the back patio. He also built a spot for our trash cans so they weren’t in the grass.

Mario did a great job on my retaining wall and fence. He put down tons of rip rap on an area behind the fence that looks great. He was very professional and informative. He has knowledge of all aspects of his business. He offers ideas for better results to the completed project. They left the area clean each day before leaving the site.
